Ghostie the Ghost Coaster to Crochet
You will need:
White Worsted Weight Yarn
Very small amount of purple or black yarn
H Hook
Yarn needle for weaving ends in and facial features
Row 1. Chain 4, hdc in second ch from hook and in each remaining chain, chain 2, turn.
Rows 2 – 4. 2 hdc in first stitch, hdc in next stitches, 2 hdc in last stitch, chain 2, turn.
Rows 5 – 12. Hdc in each stitch evenly, chain 2, turn.
Row 13. Chain 1 more, dc in first st, hdc in next, sc in next, hdc in next, dc in next, hdc in next, sc in next, hdc in next, dc in next, hdc in next, dc in last. Continue this row, working up the side of the ghost, sc in the end of each row up the side.
(first arm) When you reach the 7th row from the top, chain 6, sl st in the sec ch from hook and in each remaining chain, sl st in next stitch beside ch and continue working sc around and over top of head and down opposite side.
(second arm) When you reach the 7th row, chain 6, sl st in the sec ch from hook and in each remaining hook and in stitch beside joining. Complete working sc down the side, at the bottom, finish off, weave in end.
Using black or purple, stitch eyes and a scary mouth.
