Interesting Jello Idea
I found this idea on a package of jell-o a couple of years ago. It is quite cute to look at when it is done. You buy some cute little plastic wine or champagne glasses.
And to make the jell-o you need:
a bottle of soda water or club soda
a light coloured flavour of jell-o
a cup of boiled water
Prepare your jell-o with a cup of boiling water and stir it completely. Add a cup of club soda but do not stir. Put in your refrigerator for about 2 hours to have a partial set.
Take it out and fill your plastic glasses about halfway. Take out your electric or handheld mixer and start to whip the remaining jell-o. When it is foamy, pour about a quarter into the glasses on top of the first section. Whip the remaining jell-o and put it on the top of the second layers. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set completely.
This is very cute! It looks like little glasses of champagne! LOL
