NOTE: at the end of every row, slip stitch into the second chain of the beginning of the row, and then chain 2 to start next row. The first 2 chains count as the first hdc in that row.
Ch 3
Row 1 - 7 hdc in beg. chain. (8)
Row 2 - hdc in same stitch as joining, 2 hdc in each rem. hdc (16)
Row 3 - hdc in same stitch as joining, *1hdc in next, 2 hdc in next, repeat from * all the way around (24)
Row 4 - repeat row (36)
Row 5 - hdc in next hdc, * 2 hdc in next hdc, 1hdc in next 2 hdc, repeat from * around (48)
Row 6 - hdc in next 4 hdc, * 2 hdc in next hdc, 1 hdc in next 5, repeat from * around (56)
Row 7 to 16 - hdc in each hdc all the way around (56)
Row 17 – sc tightly in each hdc all the way around (56)
Fasten off.
