Rows 2 and 3. Sc across row, ch 1, turn. Finish off at the end of row 3, weave in end. Fold the brim up and secure it to the hat in a few places with hot glue or the end of the white yarn.
For pompom, use small white craft pompom or I made a tiny pompom by wrapping white yarn 20 times around 2 fingers, tie with a knot very securely and cut the yarn close to the knot, being super careful to not cut the knot (keep the knot thread separate from the rest if you can. Puff it up a little and sew it on to the top of the toque with the knot thread.
Glue magnet or pin on the back. Finished fridgie is about 3 inches high and 2 inches across, counting the pompom.
