Flail Tanks/Vehicals

As many of you may know from history - these are tanks which have been fitted with large flails to one end of their hull/Bow. Their aim is to create a safe passage through mine fields without harm to themselves, or the troops they are creating the passage for. Flails generally consist of a fast rotating cylinder at the front of a vehical, attatched to which are many weighted chains which are aimed to hit the ground with sufficient force to set off any mines in the path of the vehical.

For those of you who are unsure of what a Flail tank should look like, here is a thumbnail to a pic of one (one which served inspiration for my own conversions). This example is that of a Sherman Crab - as was used in the D-Day Landings of WW2
