Below are two pictures (Top and side views) of one of my scratch built Mosquito Hovercraft - its nothing amazing (come on this is me we're talking about!) but it kind of gives the impression of what I am creating. The body of the model has simply been shaped from a piece of Balsa wood - with wire mesh over the front and sides, the addition of the Imperial hatch from my bits box and a turret which came from an (very) old Action wars toy. A (very) simple coat of paint and it was done! dead easy! As I get around to it I will post more of my own aquatic models on the page - I have at least 3 of each of the types listed in the rules but its just a case of getting around to scaning/uploading them!
OK - I have now added a couple of pics of my Hornet Class Hover Craft
after someone bugged me to post more of the WET EPIC MODELS (you know who you are!).
These models are built in pretty much the same way - except for the turrets are VER different and theres no hatch on the hornet (there isn't room!)
Anyway - here they are!
