These are pictures of "Kusagi" from a special manga short in one of the Sailor Moon Art Books, it's just a little joke that Naoko did of Usagi's second daughter, and it has the Sailor Scouts kids in it too, it's soooo kawaii!!
I know this isn't Chibi Chibi either, it's a concept sheet for Hotaru that I thought was really adorable, so here it is!
