9 strength and 9 dexterity.

Scouts save as Rogues and they initially receive 3d4 x 10 gp. They may use any weapon (light weapons are recommended) and use any armor up to studded leather.

-Detect Noise (15%
+ 5%/ level)
-Climb Walls (50%
+ 5%/ level)
Keen sight:
-After extensive training
and adventuring experience, scouts get skilled
in looking from distance, and their view improves because of this. Scouts
with Keen Sight see twice as sharp and twice as far, compared to their
worse-sighted counterparts.
