This is an aerial view of our  < new home site >.  Located about 30 miles south of Daytona Beach &  40 miles east of Orlando, it is still fairly primitive.   We do, however, have a 3300 ft long welcome mat that starts at our hanger door, refueling and repair capability for aviation visitors, and a world class astronomical observatory with seeing to down to 16 th magnitude stars.     Kinda makes it worth the trek out into the woods.

Friends are always welcome.    Family by appointment only!   We are the north end of the field (photo is looking north)  and will always have cold sodas in the hanger for visiting friends.  Construction of our hanger is (theoretically) finished and we are now all moved in and back to building airplanes.  It is a place worth visiting.   If you are flying in, take care to use left pattern and set up for a landing on  runway (18 ).   Keep track of the 360 ft high phone tower (strobed) just to the northeast of the north end of the field.  Unicom is 122.80,  but no one will answer.  The pines at the south end of the field are 80 ft tall (take care).

The timber wolf kennels are to the north of the hanger.  So, if you are planning a visit, let us know in advance.   We feed the pups real good, but they can easily  jump the fence and go "a visiting"  with guest all on their own.   "Artie" , the BC female shown here,   is pure mischief on four paws........   Bring some biscuits for her and things will go much better for you.
