- Sep-26-97 Decision
- The American Companion Da'an is
due to arrive in a Midwestern city on an official visit and Police Captain
William Boone has been prevented by the Companions from implementing all the
security arrangements he requested. The alien leader arrives in a Taelon
shuttle from Washington, chauffeured by Marine pilot Captain Lili Marquette.
Da'an has a special announcement to make about a new venture with one of the
Earth's biggest industrialists, the eccentric billionaire Jonathan Doors. The
Taelon front man, FBI Agent Ronald Sandoval, discounts Boone's apprehensions
about controlling the huge crowd and securing neighbouring buildings so when
Da'an arrives, Boone enlists the help of Lieutenant Bob Morovsky. Despite
their precautions, a shot is fired from a nearby building. Doors takes the
bullet meant for Da'an. Sandoval uses his Scrill (a weapon), to dissolve the
building wall, revealing a lone gunman, Eddie Jordan.

- Oct-03-97 Truth
- Boone is cautious to conceal the
fact that his Ciberia-Viral Implant has been modified by the Underground,
making him unlike the true Implant that Sandoval has become. With his new
mental powers, Boone is able to relive every detail of his life with his
wife, Kate, increasing his determination to solve her murder. Boone enlists
the help of a brilliant computer hacker, Augur, to find his wife's murderer,
Judson Corr, all the while making both sides leery of his obsessive
search.

- A brilliant musician, Elyse Chapel
who has mastered a difficult Taelon instrument turns out to be a woman from
Boone's past. When their old feelings resurface, she admits to him her doubts
about the Taelon's purpose on Earth. Boone must figure out if she can be
trusted with knowledge of the resistance or if she is a Companion spy out to
expose him.
- On Dr. Belman's desk, there is a
picture of Gene Roddenberry.

- Oct-17-97 Avatar
- The first human to receive a CVI
was a serial killer, James Pike, whom the Companions hoped to rehabilitate.
That was two years ago, now the implant is burning out and he is dying
because of it. Reenacting out a legend from ancient Taelon mythology, he
targets Da'an.
- The first Captain of the
Enterprise was named Pike, and don't forget about James T Kirk.
- Oct-24-97 Miracle
- Boone encounters a suicidal young
woman about to leap off a building. Julie Payton, whose hands were destroyed
in a car crash, is chosen as the first public recipient of experimental
Taelon limb regeneration. Julie views her new hands as nothing less than a
miracle, which inspires her to believe that the Companions are messengers of
God. Julie's beliefs are quickly capitalized on by Travis Murray, the founder
of the Church of the Companions.

Ne'eg, the surgeon.
- Oct-31-97 Scorpions Dream
- In the Taelon research lab, Dr
Larry Clark pets the "mother" of his Alpha series of Scrills, which suddenly
fuses to his arm. Clark slips out of the building to save the Scrill. When
Boone learns that this deadly bioengineered weapon is stolen, Boone must find
the scientist behind the theft before disaster occurs. Boone learns that his
Scrill is a living creature and that they can share dreams.
- Nov-07-97 Float Like a Butterfly
- Suicides among the Amish, in the
town of Paradise, are apparently caused by delayed exposure to "Companion
Syndrome". The children of the Amish community find a 'metal scarecrow'.
Boone and Lili witness a butterfly flying out on the mouth of a man
discovered frozen in a freezer. Elijah Good, an Amish doctor, wants to
perform autopsies on the victims but the request is denied by the elders, who
outcast him from his family and the town.
- Nov-14-97 Resurrection
- As millions around the world
watch, coverage of the World Bowl is interrupted by Jonathan Doors. He
reveals that his death has been greatly exaggerated. Not only is he alive,
he's announcing the existence of an organized Liberation movement. Boone and
Lili are among those left speechless by this surprise telecast. As Sandoval
mobilizes to find him, Boone and Lili try to locate and protect Doors.
- We see a 3rd Companion on Earth,
Zu'or.

- Nov-21-97 Horizon Zero
- A long-planed mission to Mars is
deemed unnecessary and unexpectedly cancelled. Da'an offers Captain Paul
Chandler and his crew a chance to join the Taelon Inter-dimensional Flight
Training Program instead. Chandler flatly refuses and storms out, only to
show up later at the fitness course where Boone and Lili are working out.
Chandler and Lili, having met years before during F-22 flight training, catch
up over lunch. Mentioning Da'an's offer, Chandler convinces Lili to take him
for a ride in the shuttle.
- We have our first look into
space.
- Dec-05-97 Live Free or Die
- At a planetarium Da'an gives a
presentation about the planet Taelon. Da'an's speech is barely underway when
nerve gas is released. Da'an is kidnapped by an awol military major. Holding
Da'an ransom for his men, the major is trying to get them back from the
Inter-dimensional Flight Training Program. These missing soldiers were
subjected to secret Taelon bioengineering experiments.
- Dec-19-97 Sandoval's Run
- Sandoval's CVI is degenerating.
While Dr Belman works to restore his CVI and save his life, Sandoval, free
from his CVI, escapes to reunite with his wife, only to put her life in
danger. Boone learns that Sandoval's CVI contained information about the
Taelon's mission on earth, and tries to save Sandoval's life.
- Jan-09-98 The Secret of Strandhill
- A construction blast unearths a
grave marker belonging to a Taelon scout sent to size up earth for Companion
occupation thousands of years ago. Boone must find the grave which contains
the research, before Sandoval finds the grave. Da'an looses his position as
the United Nations Companion to Zu'or, but keeps the American
Companionship.

- May-01-98 The Scarecrow Returns
- At resistance headquarters, Boone
meets two molecular biologists, Sahjit Jinnah and his fiancee Rayna Armitraj,
who are studying the alien probe captured after it wreaked havoc on an Amish
community. A power surge causes Rayna to cut off the top of the probe, which
responds by dematerializing her. Unaware of the situation, Sahjit and Boone
discuss with Doors and Auger the probe's purpose, recalling its ability to
replicate butterflies into killers. Lunaching the resistance into battle with
the probe that may be studying Earth.
- May-08-98 Pandora's Box
- Boone sees Captain Lucas Johnson
race by, who was gunned down earlier and believed killed. The Taelon
scientist Ne'eg will supervise the "devolution" of the Taelon Rho-ha.
Attempting to understand humans, Ne'eg will inject Rho-ha with human genetic
material from Johnson and then study his transformation. Doors suspects the
Taelons of trying to engineer a cross-species warrior. Da'an becomes
concerned that the experiment may have awakened a primal evil and his fears
are soon confirmed, ending the experiment in disaster.
- May-22-98 If You Could Read My Mind
- At a Conference of Psychic
Sciences, "The Commonality" the Taelon psychic link has been invaded and the
secret plans for Earth are known. Katya Petrenko possesses incredible psychic
gifts and an interest in Boone. She confronts Zu'or, telling him that the
Taelons must change their approach to humans, or they will destroy both
races. Katya reveals that named Ma'el gave some humans the gift to break into
"The Commonality". As Katya dies, Dr. Belman performs a brain transfer of all
of Katya's knowledge to Boone.
- May-29-98 The Wrath of Achilles
- Lili loads Augur's computer virus
into the Taelon system and it takes affect immediately. System after system
crashes and Lili and Da'an are in grave danger as the virus infiltrates the
shuttle's computer and lurches them out of control. Augur thinks he can stop
the virus, but he must send Boone deep into the building to access the
central computer.
- Jun-19-98 The Devil You Know
- Colonel Purcell and agent Carter
discuss if the body of Thomas Blanchard, a thief who was beaten brain dead,
is suitable for them. Doors International head, Anne Portnoy, demonstrates a
new Taelon device, an EMP (ElectroMagnetic Pulse) weapon. Boone meets with
Doors and Augur to warn them of the EMP. They plot to steal the weapon to
prevent the Taelons from using it against Earth. Before they can obtain the
EMP, Blanchard steals it. Lili sneaks into Blanchard's hideout, discovered
and taken hostage. Blanchard reveals to Lili that he is really her father,
Colonel Purcell.
- Jun-26-98 Law and Order
- Major McIntyre confronted Rho-ha
in Johnson's hospital room, a struggle ensued and McIntyre was killed. Boone
and Sandoval defend Rho-ha, who is ordered to stand trial facing the death
penalty for murder. The prosecuting attorney is Joshua Doors, the estranged
son of Jonathan Doors. Travis Perkins, delusional Taelon supporter, has vowed
to kill those who pose a threat to Rho-ha. Joshua confronts Rho-ha on the
stand about the DNA experiments, Rho-ha becomes enraged and threatens to kill
Joshua. Perkins is angry at the treatment of the Taelon and attempts a
suicide bombing.
- Jul-03-98 Through the Looking Glass
- The Taelons introduce
interdimensional travel to human customers. A young deaf-mute boy and his
mother become separated during their travels through the portal. The boy
appears and is now able to speak and hear. The boy is examined by Dr. Park, a
resistance doctor, who discovers that he has been implanted with a device to
restore his missing senses. Boone suspects that the Taelons are using the
portal to perform experiments on humans. Doors sends Sahjit through the
portal with a tracking device.

- Jul-10-98 Infection
- Ne'eg dies from being exposed to a
devastating virus that was unleashed from an alien probe. The virus falls
into the hands of a group of white supremacists, they release the virus into
the Lincoln Hills homeless shelter. The deadly virus quickly spreads,
threatening to decimate both the human and Taelon races. Boone, infected with
the virus, comes up with an idea to develop anti-bodies against the virus but
it may not be in time to prevent the virus spreading over earth.
- Jul-17-98 Destruction
- A holographic image of Rayna, who
was consumed by an alien probe, tells Augur that the Taelons are dismantling
the probe which will kill her, and they will learn about the Resistance's
secrets. Hearing of Rayna's appearance, Sahjit is determined to bring her
back. The Taelon lab is under intense security and Augur hires a special
operative, Michael Sloane, to lead the resistance team to infiltrate the
Taelon compound to destroy the alien probe.
- Jul-24-98 The Joining
- Divers stumble across a strange
radiant canister while searching for sunken treasure. Upon opening the
canister an alien being known as Ha'gel is released from its prison and
assumes the identity of one of the crew and destroys the others. Boone is
called to the crime scene and his suspicions are raised when he finds Taelon
writing on the empty canister. Upon questioning, the Taelons tell Boone that
Ha'gel is the last of an alien criminal caste. Afraid that Earth will learn
the truth, the Companion's recruit the help of Beckett to deal with Ha'gel.
Ha'gel assumes Sandoval's form, and confronts Beckett.
