patrol, Gonsalves races to the motorboat with the loot. At a gallery, Liam
investigates the authenticity and origin of these very objects. Sandoval gives
US Customs 24 hours to complete the investigation of the smuggled artifacts
before he takes possession of them. With the possibility of these objects being
of Taelon origin, Liam and Renee decide to remove the artifacts that night,
before Sandoval can claim them. Liam enters the gallery, as Renee acts as a
lookout in the back alley. A guard approaches Liam, Renee fails to set off the
decoy firebomb outside to divert attention away from Liam, forcing him to
pepper spray the guard. Liam grabs the box of artifacts and makes a speedy
exit. Later, Augur confirms the polyhedron and the idol are of Taelon origin

artifacts lead to the discovery of Ma'el's ship.

to seek out Augur. Sandoval visits a club, which specializes in high tech

knowledge to destroy them," after which something goes wrong, he falls into
unconscious and taken to the hospital. Liam and Renee meet with 10 Resistance
leaders whose cells have been discovered and destroyed. In order to avoid one
cell from crushing the entire network in the future, Liam proposes that he be
the only communication link between cells. Resistance globals will be able to
receive his untraceable transmissions, but will be unable to send any. Sandoval
is tested at the hospital and discover that he has a rare blood disorder caused

three-month-old fetus was removed, possibly by ID technology. Zu'or denies the
use of ID technology to perform non-invasive surgery. Liam arrives in
Taelonville to investigate. Liam learns that Da'an restored the town after a
nuclear meltdown. Locals claim that they have never seen the woman who is Dr
Park's patient. While Belle and Steve privately lament how Da'an abandoned them
during a Taelon-human hybrid project, The Sheriff praises how Da'an saved the
twins from the radiation poisoning that killed their parents. Later, a blast of
energy kills the proprietor of a local restaurant. The twins frame Liam for the
murder. Liam contacts Renee for help. Liam and Renee learn the hybrid twins are

for the way in which Pad'Ar has escalated into a popular form of sports
entertainment for humans. A death of a Pad'Ar warrior deals Zu'or plan a
crippling blow. It's announced that the death was caused by an undiagnosed

CVI has been removed. Liam arrives to tell Lili that she has lost 3 years of
her life and that the Taelons are gone after the Jaridians defeated them. She
also learns she is responsible for saving Earth and Sandoval is scheduled to be
executed. After Colonel Bramson debriefed her, Lili learns that Sandoval's last
request is to speak with her. She agrees when she realizes that this will be
her only chance to find out why Sandoval sent her out on the shuttle. However,
Sandoval only reveals to Lili that he now has his own resistance, made up of
faithful Taelon followers, who will kill her. Meeting Augur, Lili finds out
that he is the CEO of a large company with a wife and a child. Watching Lili
and Augur, Dr Reed and Bramson discuss the need to win Lili's trust. That
night, Liam thwarts an assassination attempt that Tate made on her life. The

former resistance member, Elizabeth, in the group. During the ceremony, the
Companions share their energy with The Cloister. Worried about the possible
security leak, Liam and Renee have to stop Elizabeth from telling the cult
everything. Sister Elizabeth is found drowned. Later it is determined that she

junk. Landing in a remote area of Wyoming, Naraina Durrant, a resident of a
local commune of natural purists known as the Children of the Earth, rescues
Liam from his crash bubble, assisting him in his search for Zu'or. T'than
called the emergency meeting to propose Da'an take Zu'or's place as the Synod
leader. Unable to stabilize the ID drive, Liam detaches it and dumps it over a
cliff as it explodes. They discover the crash bubble, containing the wounded
Zu'or. Bringing Zu'or back to the commune, the Children of the Earth are in awe

commune.

are killed while travelling in the ID Portal. While preparing for his fractal
sculpture by artist Hannah Klein, Da'an senses a disturbance in the
Commonality. T'than becomes suspicious of Zu'or because Ro'am's death shifts
the balance of power in the Synod in Zu'or favour. Sandoval contacts Liam and
tells him that Tonio is now a suspect because the lab confirmed that Tonio was
holding something that created a vortex in the ID field. Liam tells Renee that
Tonio's CVI would have prohibited him from murdering Ro'am. Sandoval goes to

ever found out who was responsible for it. Renee tells Liam that she's trying
to persuade Robillard to join Doors International's co-ventures project with
the Taelons. Sandoval reaches Liam on his global and tells him that the Chinese
embassy has just been bombed. Later, Doors informs Renee that there has been a
security breach, but he has no idea what was stolen. They decide not to tell
Zu'or about the theft because they fear he will limit their access to Taelon
technology. Liam feels that the embassy bombings may lead to another to another
international conflict. Liam receives a warning on his global that the embassy
is about to be destroyed. Liam and Da'an escape through a portal just as the
embassy is struck by an energy projectile. Liam and Renee learn that the
Taelons secretly inhabited the Earth during the SI War and launched a weapon of
mass destruction to further their cause.

virus could be used to create a biological weapon to fight the Taelons,
recruiting Augur to research the virus and it's potential. T'than is appointed
by the Synod to oversee matters during Zu'or's incapacitation. After Liam
pockets a vial of Zu'or's infected energy for Augur's research, Zu'or
disappears. Zu'or portals to a park across the street from the Bushnell
Psychiatric Institute and encounters Kelly and Tom, who suspect that Zu'or is
lost. They take Zu'or to the Institute, hiding him in an abandoned fallout
shelter. Mit'gai and Liam learn that humans exposed to the virus are in danger

determines Ma'el's dormant ship has come alive, trying to heal itself from the
cut. Augur monitors the readings, while Liam enters the control deck of the
ship, where he finds a groggy Renee. The ship begins a sequence of
self-destruct commands. Although Liam stops the self-destruct sequence, the
ship's doors lock, trapping them on board. On the Mothership, Zu'or challenges
T'than to p'raj'rath, a duel to the death. Da'an explains to Sandoval that the
game board foovlashaa involves one player who channels all his mental energy
into a last move and ceases to exist. Da'an appeals to the Synod to prohibit
p'raj'rath, but his request is rejected. Liam and Renee are lowered to the cryo
deck where they find numerous pods. A man named Salvius Julianus emerges from
one of the pods, introducing himself as a Roman citizen. He informs Renee and
Liam that his last awakening was in the 1700's. He was to awaken every 100

Taelon symbol for impurity. At Carson's home, Liam discovers circular burn
marks throughout the house. The blue energy appears, which leads Liam to a
Taelon datalog. The energy takes the shape of the deceased Taelon Ku'don, who
mutters the word 'exile' before disappearing. Suddenly, Liam hears loud banging
and he hides the datalog as commandos storm the house. Liam overpowers one of
