Affectionatly known as the "Baby 'Blade", the CBR's would have to be the most popular and best selling 250 sportbike. Not only great to learn on but offer great performance and handling capabilties, the Baby Blades look the part too.
The white 'Blade above is owned by Shane. It's his first proper road bike after countless years on dirtbikes, the last being a XR 400. The dirtbike background definatly has an advantage when making the transition to road bikes as wheelies and slides are just second nature to Shane. I've never seen anyone that can hold a wheelie on a 250 as long as this lad can.
Of course you dont always have to wheelie with the front wheel...................do you??
Shane rides this bike because he only licenced for a 250, but I've seen him ride the bigger bikes in the group and seems to ride better with more power. It won't be too much longer before he trades this one on a something with a bit more grunt, something like a R1 maybe??????
