Mid sized bikes are getting more and more popular, and for good reasons. One of them is that they are cheaper than the likes of the 900 FireBlades and R1's. The other is that they are lighter, therefore handling better and are more responsive. And although the power is down on the bigger bikes, they can be 'played around' with to give them that extra oommpphh. The GSX-R 600 is owned by Andrew a.k.a. "Ducky"
Now to give this bike that little extra I was talking about, Ducky took this bike to Brisbane and had the boys at Startline racing take a look at it. When it came out of the shop, it had a few extras on it. A full header to can Yoshhimura exhaust system, ignition advancer, K&N filter, jet kit and a full dyno tune just to be exact. Take a look at the sweet system below..
Ducky loves his riding and is always keen for a blat to one of the mountain ranges or National Parks around the Mackay area. And although he has had the misfortune to be involved in two minor accidents over the last six months, still has this bike looking immaculate. Except for the footpegs, they seem to keep on getting scraped up for some reason........
