Description: 5'7", 140lbs, hazel eyes, shoulder length auburn hair streaked with black, dark skinned (mulatto). Special Talents/Abilities: Spell-casting. Before her 'death', Feli was known as a psychic and a healer. Background Information: Born deep in the bayous of Louisiana. After being bitten by a vampire, she was considered cursed, and fled deeper into the swamps where she lived alone for many years. As the city of New Orleans came to be and grew, Felis came out of hiding to relocate there, where she has remained eversince. She has come under the protection of the MoTC there, Muerta. Under her reign her powers of mind control and spellcasting have grown, cuasing her to break away from the control of others and use it against those who would control her. She can resist the day for awhile, and usually wakes up late in the night/stays awake until early afternoon, taking care of some of her Master's business.
