Personalty: Steve is very caustic, and has a sharp wit. He has become a little hard in recent years. He is of the belief that words can sting as much as a slap. It lasts longer. As an animator he takes things very seriously, and tries to look at the moral aspect of his job. He has no problem with Supernaturals, unless they break the law. He thinks that they are the same as humans, only with an added freak count.

Abilities: Steve graduated at the University of Illinois for Supernatural criminology, and Undead biology. He has police training, and was a member of the Chicago SWAT, as well as the second best rated Animator in Chicago. His animator abilities were reserved for police investigations, and not for commercial use.

Background: Steve was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. He was the older brother of Nick. Nick was the rebel, where Steve was the responsible one. Steve graduated high school, while Nick ended up in jail. Nick moved to Illinois to go to the University. After his graduation, he lost contact with his family, due to Steve marrying a stripper at eighteen. They were under the impression that he was on the same path as Nick. Steve was happy, and entered the Chicago Police academy. There he honed his animator abilities and started to gain an edge. He was starting to see the world as a cop. This caused friction with his wife, and was soon divorced. (She ran away with another woman.) Steve threw himself into his work, and soon became a star member of the force, as well as a SWAT member. He found it ironic that his little brother followed in his foot steps, and recently was starting to re-start there relationship via letters and calls. When he found out about his brother's murder, he called in a few favors, and has moved to Midnight Bay. He is the newest expert on paranormal phenomenon in the city. He is also wants to bring his brother's killer in to justice.
