Player Name: Claire "Coffee Tramp" Doyle
Character Name: Triona De Danaan Age: ancient (as in, 2 million+) though she appears 26 Nature: Fey Description: 5'10", auburn hair, blue-grey eyes which turn silver when she begins to lose her temper, 147 pounds, so she's thin, but not frighteningly skinny. And you'll probably catch her wearing something green. Personality: Triona is friendly and outgoing, and is fiercely loyal to those she considers friends. She has a hot temper that, if out of control, can cause untold damage. Special Talents/Abilities: Triona, being fey, has the ability to make things happen. She can cast spells and the like, but her two best talents are the ability to read minds, and to control animals and lycanthropes. She can not be mind controlled by vampires, but neither can she control them, and she likes to avoid them whenever possible, because they find her blood irresistable, considering she's immortal. She cannot die, but iron can hold her if in the form of chains or iron bars, and lead bullets can cause about as much damage as silver does to a vampire, though she can heal relatively quickly. Casting wards and healing others are her two favorite tricks, however. History: Triona is a member of the Tuatha De Danaan, an ancient, supposedly mystical race of superhumans which became throughout history known as fey-like gods and goddesses. They have long been considered the protectors of the Irish people, and each one is the guardian of some aspect of life or another. When the famine of the 1840's occured, Triona was sent to watch over the immigrant Irish. She has lived in America ever since, from Boston to New York, to Georgia and St. Louis. She has recently moved to Midnight Bay to open a coffee shop. Triona loves animals, which isn't surprising, considering she's a nature goddess, and she never looks down upon humans as less than she is, though she is wary of having them for friends. If a human, with no supernatural abilities, discovers that she's fey without her telling him or her, they can keep her captive until they die or she's rescued, and can use her as they please. It's only happened to her once, but that was enough for her. She still has the scars on her wrists from the shackles he used, and the memories of what he did to her. . . . She doesn't get involved with men, because she's afraid that they'll either reject her if they find out who she is, or they'll use her like the one guy did before, but she is a romantic at heart.
