Here are the vampires that dwell in the city. The creatures that feed off of humans to survive. Throughout history they were seen as monsters and hunted ruthlessly. Now after the historical step of the American goverment vampires are legal citizens. They were declared by the government to be people, which means if you kill one without a court order of execution it is murder. The same goes for the vampires, but it is kind of hard to respect something you view as food.
