• Upcomingmovies.com has updated their section on Center of the World, the next movie that Molly Parker stars in.  This movie, directed by Wayne Wang (Joy Luck Club)  is about young men in the time of the "Internet gold rush."  According to a past article Miss Parker will play a drummer/stripper.  You can view a very short teaser trailer at the official Center of the World web site.  According to Upcomingmovies, the movie has a release date of March 9th, 2001.  Also, the movie will have a limited release.

• Suspicious River will be screened at the London Film Festival.  The movie starring Molly Parker will be screened at 9 pm on Friday, November 10th, 2000 at the Odeon West End 1.  For more information call the box office at 020 7928 3232 or visit the London Film Festival web site.
• Expect the video release of Waking the Dead within the week.  The movie stars Jennifer Connelly and Billy Crudup with Molly Parker having a part in the film.  According to the Upcomingmovies.com web site the film was to be released on video September 26th, 2000.  Blockbuster is having the title coming soon.

• Added two images from Suspicious River.  One is a scan from the 25th Toronto International Film Festival programme.  The other is linked to the Venice Film Festival page for the movie.  These images can be found on the Film page or the direct link here.

• Suspicious River will be the only movie in which Molly Parker stars in at the 25th Toronto International Film Festival.  The Intruder was released last year.  I do apologize for the error.

• The US cable speciality channel Bravo! is now airing all thirteen episodes of  Twitch City Wednesday nights at 10 pm.  First episode aired on Wednesday, August 16th.

• So far, two movies of which Molly Parker stars in will appear at the 25th annual Toronto International Film Festival.  The first one, Molly Parker will teams up again with Kissed director Lynne Stopkewich for Suspicious River.  Montreal shot, Intruder will be the other film screening at the festival.

• Sunshine by Istvan Szabo is now released in the US.  The movie stars Ralph Fiennes in which he plays three characters of a Hungarian Jewish family.  Each character has their own story in which Ralph Fiennes plays grandfather, father and son respectively.  Molly Parker's character is in the second story which takes place during World War II.  The movie as reported early won a Gemini award for best picture.  The Gemini is the highest honour in Canadian cinema.

• Michael Winterbottom's film Wonderland will be released sometime in July.  When an exact date is known, it will be online on the web site.
• The Gemini award winning film for best movie Sunshine has been re-released in theatres in Toronto.

• Two movies in which Molly Parker stars in have opened this weekend.  The first movie Ladies Room, also stars John Malkovich and Gretta Scacchi.  An image of the advertisement for the movie can be found here. Waking the Dead, the second movie to open across North America this weekend stars Billy Crudup and Jennifer Connelly.  Both films were filmed in Montreal.

• To mark the airing of Twitch City's second season tonight an article about Molly Parker and the show can be found in the Articles section.  The article is from the Toronto Star's Starweek Magazine.  This magazine is like the newspaper's version of the TV Guide.

• The new season of Twitch City has been scheduled to air on the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).  This information appears on the Official Twitch City web site.  Those living in US cities close to the Canadian boarder and get the CBC will be able to watch the show.  The dates and times are :

• The movie Waking the Dead in which Molly Parker stars in and was produced by Jodie Foster played at the 2000 Sundance Film Festival.  Expect to see this movie coming out later on this year.
