In order to open mail storage folders, include the original e-mail with a reply, or add a Carbon-copy line to your e-mail, you'll need to use "Mail Extras".
On your mail list, click "Settings" from the sidebar. Then choose "Extras" from the "Settings" list.
Click the box next to each option you want to activate, then click "Done".
