Micro Mini horses - smaller then even the smallest Breyer Stablemates - appered on the scene late in '97. These tiny, tiny horses were just like thier larger counterparts in pose and detail (except that they did not come with tack). Five horses came in each set, and many sets have been released over the last few years.
This page could not have happened with out Ellen, the Micro Mini Guru, who not only took all the beautiful pictures on these pages, but knows more about these "little breeds" then any person I've met. The 1997/98 Set:
For the most part, each little set is a realistic representation of a real breed. But I have to say, Hackneys? Those are supposed to be Hackneys?! Welsh Cob maybe, but who ever designed them has no idea what a Hackney is....!
