Purpose- The first floor of this villa is ideally arranged for foreign visitors
who wish to experience a home stay in Banaras. It could also be adapted for
use as a Varanasi -
based study/research/cultural centre. About the House- It comprises of five bedrooms with attached w.c./bath with running hot and cold water. These rooms vary in size, with an approx. total carpet area of 1800 sq. feet. If needed all these rooms can be converted into offices. There is a spacious drawing room with balcony overlooking a garden. This could be used as a meeting/ conference or lecture room as well. This floor has got its own private entrance. While this house is naturally lighted, it is also supplied with 24 hour electricity. Its ambience is enhanced with cross ventilation, garden and temple surroundings on the premises. |
