Blaque Eyes has a very sweet disposition. He is a very calm horse, and doesn't spook at all. He is very well behaved, and a very clean horse. Doesn't make a mess in his stall like some:)
He clips, trailers and ties. His mane is 40" long, and is very thick. A trademark of all of Blaque's Children. His tail and featherings are also very thick and silky.
His conformation is Baroque style, and looks like an medieval horse in training, for a majestic knight.
When we go on our field hacks, and just jump over a couple of little jumps, he loves it. He has really taken a liking to hacks, and loves to just rest, but he is a true dressage horse who loves to be in the ring. He has a passion for it.

Training
Trained in Dressage. Have to get on him and find out how much he knows.
Blaque Eyes knows his walk, trot and canter under saddle. He does half and 10 meter circles at the walk and trot, bending and moving forward perfectly. He knows turn on the haunches, leg yeilding, and shoulder ins. His transitions are very smooth, and are taken when asked for. He is very sensitive to the reins and takes the slightest cue to move him forward.
His walk is smooth and forward moving. Trot is also very smooth, and forward moving. He has great impulsion from behind. He has very high knee action. Canter is fantastic. One of the smoothest that I've ridden. He's the perfect bare back horse. He does simple changes, and lengthenings and collections at the walk, trot and canter. He also does 15 meter canter circles.
Blaque Eyes is a very well balanced horse, who has had correct training. He is Rhythmic and very smooth and a fun horse to ride. We are working on his counter canter and transitions. Also keeping him going at the sitting trot, because he takes the simplest cues. Sitting trot can either mean canter or walk.
