My opinion on death is that when we die it is as if we are sleeping. After all in the Bible the Lord Jesus Christ says that that "he is only sleeping". The Bible tells us that when we die we know nothing, our consiousness stops existing. That we stay as if we are asleep untill the second coming when God will resurect those who have died in him(ie beliving in him)and bring them up to him, after that the living will follow and we will all travel to heaven.
Many people belive in afterlives, multiple lives, ghosts, and a whole host of other things. Some people even think they can become Gods. I repectfully disagree with them. The Bible is very clear on the state of the dead, and what happens. To belive otherwise is to ignore what the Bible says, and that means to ignore God.
God and his work should be the focus of all our lives, and all we belive.
