Training, training, training. But that's a good thing.
I recently taught an ice recuse class for loveland. I had four students, which was just enough to saftly do the pratical things and really get a lot of time on the ice for everyone. They all did very well and I was really happy with how the class went. Last year I taught a class for the Wellinton Fire Protection District and it went good as well.
