Harry Connick Jr. and Tara Reid (The Big Lebowski) will star in the indie Letters From a Wayward Son. Connick will star as a released prisoner convicted of rape who ends up in a Southern town and has an affair with Reid, the young daughter of the family with whom he boards. The film was written and will be directed by Randall Harris, in his first feature film effort.
