Jan. 18th- *OK, I know, I know...it's been a WHILE!! It's all cause of school and dance team and everything else that's crazy in my life! I apologize...I'm VERY VERY sorry, I won't let it go this long again without updating, I PROMISE!! I've recently started a "Yahoo! Club" on the BSB called "BaNGiN' BaCKSTReeT BoYS" and the link is on the main page. It has PLENTY of pix that should be on this page that I can't figure out how to get here! I am also working on a new section to this site called "BSB FuNNieS" that contains a couple humor stories involving the boys. A lot has happened invloving the boys in two months, so here's the main stories!
Ja. 18th- *Backstreet Boys took home two Billboard Music Awards on December 8th. They won the "Best Group" and also "Album of the Year." I was soooooo happy and proud and excited whem I heard the presenters say "And the winners are...BACKSTREET BOYS!!"
Jan. 18th- *On his birthday, January 9th, AJ's alter ego, Johnny Suede performed at the Hard Rock Cafe in Orlando to support VH1's Charity Save the Music. He was taken on and off the stage with handcuffs escorted by police officers. AJ...woops, I mean Johnny covered many of the BSB's songs, including "Lay Down Beside Me" and even did a rock version of "Hey Mr. DJ!" To everyone's surprise, BSB's own Brian Littrell came onstage to sing Brian McKnight's "Back At One." with Johnny. Johnny sang "Bad to the Bone" and dedicated it to AJ aka "BONE" and was sung to my a Marylin Monroe look-alike as Denise McLean, AJ's mom and Amanda Latona, AJ's girlfriend watched proudly. Way to go Johnny!
Jan. 18th- *Last night at the 2000 American Music Awards Backstreet Boys won "Best Rock/Pop Duo or Group!" Howie was there with his sister, Polyanna, but no other boys attended because they were on vacation getting some downtime before the 2000 Millennium Tour starts up.
Jan. 18th- *Longtime couple Brian and Leighanne Wallace have added a new member to their family. Lil Tyke now has a plamate to pal around with! Brian and Leighanne recently got another chihuahua! She is a female and is named Litty Leigh! Congratulations to Brian and Leighanne on the new addition to their family!
Jan. 18th- *"Show Me the Meaning" premiered on January 4th on TRL and was #1! It has held that position since! Keep voting at MTV.com to keep them there!!
Nov. 28th- *Time for more news! Backstreet Boys are having a Fan Conference live on their Official Website (www.backstreetboys.com). It airs on Tuesday, November 30th, and if you live on the West Coast it starts at 5 PM, and if you're on the East Coast, it's at 8 PM.
Nov. 14th- *OK, sorry for not updating, but I lost a lot of info, and before I did anything, I had to get that back. I have a lot to share with you, so let's get going!
Nov. 14th- *First off, Backstreet Boys signed a very crucial $60 million dollar record deal with Jive. The deal says Backstreet will make another 5 albums with that label...the next due out in September of 2000. So I guess Backstreet Boys have decided to stay with Jive. Let the countdown begin for the new album...way to go, boys!
Nov. 14th- *Kevin is one busy man! He was named People Magazine's Sexiest Pop Star! He has a full page in the special double issue, and I was sure to get my copy! Another big thing is Kev's life is that he recently dislocated his shoulder while in Colorado. Although he couldn't fly and dance as much in a few concerts, he is now back to performing without a sling. Feel better, Kevy-Kev!
Nov. 14th- *Amanda Latona, AJ's girlfriend, is set to be in a new pilot called "Vamps" and the pilot also stars Lauren B. Martoin, Lindsay Gates, and Andrea Langi. I don't know the exact dates and times, but as soon as I find them, I will share.
Nov. 14th- *Leighanne Wallace, Brian's girlfriend, is set to start shooting her movie, "Olive Juice" on November 15th. The movie also stars James Berlau, and you can check out the official site at www.Olive-Juice.com. I also heard that Brian is supposed to make a cameo appearance. I will keep you posted.
Oct. 28th- *Lots of news for today, so let's get started! For starters, I have heard that Standing Room Only, out November 9th, is a behind the scenes look into the "Millennium" tour and also shows the concert! I know I can't wait! How 'bout oyu?
Oct. 28th- *I also heard that Kevin might be People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive. I'll keep this posted on anything I hear.
Oct. 28th- *Backstreet Boys will appear on VH1's Fairway to Heavon Golf Tournament. They team up with a pro golfer and hit the greens! I hear they wound up 10 under par...not too shabby, huh? Word is they're kinda **rusty** at first but they pick up, and Howie doesn't show up until a while into the show.
Oct. 10th- * You heard it here first...Nick and Mandy have broken up!!! I got this information form an inside source when the Backstreet Boys were in Philadelphia. I've known since the first of October, and was debating on posting it, but here it is! You heard it here first!
Oct. 10th- *The new Backstreet Boys Video is said to show the boys in New York City, probably the Disney Concert. I also heard it might have behind the scenes looks at the videos of "I Want it That Way" and "Larger Than Life", and also may contain some "Millennium" concert footage. The price is either about $20 or $25. That's all I have about that for now.
Oct. 9th- *A new Backstreet Boys official video is set to hit stores November 9th...only a month from today! It is called "Backstreet Boys: Standing Room Only" and is probably going to be about $19.95. As soon as I get more details (such as what it contains and if there are any free CD samplers or posters), I'll post it!
Oct. 9th- *The Backstreet Boys were supposed to make a post-concert appearance at the Galaxy Club is Des Plaines Illinois on October 7th at 12 AM. The boys signed an agreement with Glalxy to appear, but they never came. Galaxy had gotten many calls about their appearance and there were many people there that night. The security for the club said the boys' bodyguards were't letting them in because of all the fans that showed up. Now, the club is filing a lawsuit against the Backstreet Boys for breaking their contract. Backstreet's management company, The Firm, wouldn't comment on the situation. It looks to me the boys have yet another obstacle to overcome this year! I know they'll get through yet another hardship.
Oct. 6th- *Lots of interesting news today...first off - Backstreet Boys are planning on coming back in May and June 2000 for a second North American Tour! Yes, that's correct, Backstreet Boys are said to be coming back in concert to your town! I'm already psyched and my BSB concert was just a week ago!
Oct. 6th- As I'm sure you've heard, *NSYNC are signing with Jive Records, following in the steps of our Bangin' Backstreet Boys (coincedence--you decide!") and Britney Spears. Now, Backstreet Boys are planning on "divorcing" Jive and finding a new record label because *NSYNC is signing with Jive. No word yet on who is picking up the BSB.
Oct. 3rd- *First, I'd like to say "HAPPY 28th BIRTHDAY TO KEVIN RICHARDSON!!" I love him, and I know all of you out there do too!

Oct. 1st- *Okay, my BSB concert was Wednesday night, and I have to say it was THE BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE!! I had first row tickets and was less then 5 feet away from he boys! My funny review is in the Concert Review section of this page! AAHHHHHH, it was BANGIN'!!

Sept. 26th- *I'm sooo excited! Only 3 more days until my BSB Concert! And thanx to my girl, Alex (my GREAT friend, and the awesome writer behind the *NSYNC story), and her Mom, we're sitting in FIRST ROW!! As soon as I can, I will have a review for you in my "Concert Reviews" Section! If I can figure out how to get pix up, I'll scan some from the concert, too!
Sept. 26th- *Thanx to all those fans who visited my site! The count is now over 300!! Thanx sooo much!
Sept. 23rd- *OK, here's the scoop, the opening act is definetly EYC, and I heard now Mandy Moore, also. NO CHRISTINA AGUILERA. EYC definetly and possibly Mandy Moore, nothing is confirmed yet.
Sept. 18th- *If anyone has noticed, along with me, a lot of guys have been calling in and e-mailing their requests to see Larger Than Life on the TRL! Even after their performance at the VMA's Carson and DJ Scribble were saying how much they enjoyed their performance and how they proved they are great singers and dancers and are truly talented! I finally think guys have realized BSB aren't just a "boy band" and are really talented guys! It took them a while to figure this out, but I guess it's better late than never!
Sept. 18th- *Backstreet Boys kicked off their "Into the Millennium Tour" last night, September 17th in Charlotte, North Carolina!! If you can catch MTV News 1515 this weekend, they give you a sneak peek at the tour with Chris Conelly interviewing them and showing what the tour is going to look like! Backstreet's definetly back, alright!
Sept. 16th- *Not much Backstreet-wise, but page-wise, thanx to all of you, my page has reached 200 visitors (even though only 4 out of 200 have signed my guestbook, and 0 out of 200 have given me any stories for any of my blank pages...MeeTiNG BSB, CoNCeRT ReVieWS...nor has anyone helped me with any info or ideas!! But that's ok)! Thanx for showing up at my page! I appreciate it! KTBPA
Sept. 15th- *Due to hurricane Floyd, the first two dates of the Backstreet Boys' "Into the Millennium Tour" have been postponed (not canceled), and rescheduled. The dates are as follows: the September 14th show will now take place on December 5th, and the September 15th show will take place on December 6th! The hurricane may have put a bit of a damper on their kick-off, but I bet they'll come back and make up for that when they come to our city...and I bet they'll make these shows in December in Ft. Lauderdale even bigger and better to make up for Hurricane Floyd!
Sept. 15th- *Good news, I have the first couple chapters complete on my first Fan Fic for my site! I hope to get it up really soon, probably by he end of the month. I'd like to get about 5 Chapters complete and then post it, adding Chapters every week...hopefully! Sept. 15th- *Thanx to all those fans who voted for BSB on TRL! We made them #1 for their debut on the countdown, and they're now at #1 for two days in a row! Keep on voting for them so we can keep them where they deserve to be...at #1 with Larger Than Life!!
Sept. 12th- *Well, it's official...AJ is back with his girl, Amanda Latona! They're so cute together! I'm so happy his panda is back! At the MTV VMA's here's who was with who: AJ with Amanda, Brian with Leighanne, Kevin with longtime "friend" Kristin, Howie with date Claudia and sister Pollyanna, and Nick brought his dad along...Mandy was not there Thursday night, she was watching from her parent's home - probably why Nick said hello to everyone back home!
Sept. 12th- *On MTV's House of Style, our Backstreet Boys were voted 5th Best Dressed attending the MTV VMA's...you go guys!! Keep on stylin'!
Sept. 12th- *Don't miss TRL at 3:30 on Monday, Larger Than Life is premiering!! And on this Friday at 7:30, MTV News 1515 is set to have the boys on showing the kick of their "Into the Millenium Tour"!! Don't forget to tune in!
Sept. 12th- *EYC is officially opening up for the boys this fall, along with Christina Aguilera!
Sept. 10th- *If my eyes weren't playing tricks on me last night, I saw AJ back with Amanda Latona!! In fact, Kevin was with a beautiful blonde, Brian was of course with Leighanne, and Howie was with his sister, Pollyanna. It looked to me Nick was there alone, I could be wrong, but it looked like he was date-less!! In fact, in their thank you speech for winning Viewer's Choice, AJ threw in a special "Baby I love you," which to me is a hint hint he's back with Amanda!! I wish them all best of luck in their relationships, they deserve it!!
Sept. 10th- *Backstreet came home with one MTV Video Music Award, out of four nominations. They won in the category of Viewer's Choice. It was truly deserved!! Thanx to all the fans who voted, right along with me!! We did it!!
Sept. 10th- *Chris Rock hosted the MTV Awards last night, and was very consistant with dissing many of the artists there, including the Backstreet Boys!! In the beginning of the show he made statements like, "Backstreet Boys, oooh, I'm scared, theyre from the BACK STREETS, I'm scared! I wonder who lives on the front streets, Big Bird?" and "I wonder which Backstreet Boys is gonna be the bad one and get Britney Spears pregnant" not to mention the "they should call themselves CWA - Crackers With Attitude" after their house-rocking performance. The boys took these comments all quite well, or at least they seemed to, by laughing and smiling!!
Sept. 10th- *I know you were watching last night!! What did you think of their performance?? I personally thought they were awesome, except for a few minor details...AJ's bangin' but what was with his shirt? If he wanted to show off his 69 tatoo, I think a see-thru shirt would have looked better. And what was with Nick's hair?? It was soooo greasy-looking! The rest of the guys were flawless...usualy they all are, but they're allowed to slip once in a while!! If you'd like to share what you thought, e-mail me at the address below!!
Sept. 6th- *I am planning to put up a girlfriends page or the Backstreet Boys. With school starting, this may be difficult for me, but I AM trying to get one together, so bookmark my site, and check back regurlarly. THANX!
Sept. 6th- *There was word Nick's current girlfriend was Mandy Moore, THAT NEVER-ENDING RUMOR IS FALSE!! Nick's girlfriend's name IS Mandy, but her last name IS NOT Moore, I know there was a lot of confusion because of an article you may have read, but once again, Nick Carter IS NOT dating Mandy Moore. Mandy Moore is only 15, Nick's girlfriend Mandy is 18. While both girls are singers, they are not the same person.
Sept. 6th- *Backstreet Boys fall to #3 this week for top album sales with Christina Aguilera at #1 who beat out Puff Daddy who is at #2.
Sept. 3rd- *From what I've heard, I'm not 100% sure yet, but I've heard Christina Aguilera is set to open up for the boys on tour this fall!!
Sept. 3rd- *The boys have a new sponser for the Into the Millennium" Tour: Polariod I-Zone Instant Pocket Camera, the new pocket-sized instant camera
that takes mini photo stickers, is the "official camera of the Sears Presents Backstreet Boys Into The Millennium Tour." The camera will be featured on stage
as part of the show, distributed at retail via Sears, Roebuck, and Company's Backstreet Boys in-store boutiques and utilized in consumer promotions throughout
the tour.
Sept. 3rd- *For those of you left without tickets to the "Into the Millennium" Tour...good news, www.BackstreetBoys.com has a pair waitin for you, you just have to be lucky enough to win them!
Aug. 20th- *Backstreet Boys recently wrapped up the new video for their new single, "Larger Than Life". Director Joseph Khan, the same director who shot "Everybody" is also behind this video. The boys said this video will have a futuristic space travel theme and thats all they chose to share! The "Larger Than Life" video is due to hit MTV in September.
Aug. 20th- *The boys are soon kicking off their "Into the Millennium Tour" which statrs September 14th in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and ends on December 2nd in Tampa, FL. All 53 shows sold out in one day! I know tickest went fast because here in Philadelphia, they boys sold out both of their shows in only 32 minutes!! I hope you got your tickets! If not, I hear EBAY has some for sale...only downside, they're starting at about $400.00 a piece!! Good Luck!
Aug. 20th- *Backstreet Boys have been nominated for four MTV Video Music Awards!! Go boys! Their categories are: Video of the Year, Best Pop Video, Best Group Video, and most importantly Viewer's Choice...go to http://www.mtv.com/nav/intro_shows.html and vote for our boys NOW!!!
July 31st- *AJ has shaved off his goatee and has gotten a new shorter hairstyle!!
July 31st- *Nick recently got 2 tatoos!! A shark on his left upper arm, and musical note on his shoulder!
July 31st- *Brian is supposed to make a cameo appearance in his longtime girlfriend, Leighanne Wallace's new movie, Olive Juice! Maybe the other boys will join in, we need more of them on the big screen!!
