Backstreet Boys have ended Limp Bizkit's three-week reign atop The Billboard 200. The boy band's Jive album "Millennium" returns to the No. 1 spot in its ninth week on the chart, selling 272,000 units, according to SoundScan. Limp Bizkit's Flip/Interscope title "Significant Other" drops to No. 2 on the strength of 238,000 units.
