This is my niece Brianne. She is my sister's daughter and looks just like her dad Rick! (who, by the way, is my husband's brother!)

Brianne has a mild but rare form of spina-bifida and entered this world surrounded by specialists and surgery. I have a feeling she is meant for great things in life!
