SPECIAL PEOPLE

My sister and brother. We are a very close group. I would do anything for them (and sometimes I think they know it!)

As children, we went tobaggoning in the trails behind our house and played hide and seek in the village. We climbed trees together and flew kites.

My brother, being the baby of our trio, always felt left out I'm sure! My sister, being the middle child, was always the one I confided in.

As for me, I'm just glad that as they both matured, they didn't band together with some vengeful plan to get back at me for all of the mean things I did to them when they were "little"!

One day, 15 years ago, my brother and his girlfriend (now wife) packed up their belongings in a hyundi and took off for the west. They haven't looked back and I'm proud of them for being braver than I could ever be!
