These notes are a tribute to the man, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, who led India's non-violent freedom struggle against the British, eventually winning freedom for India 15 August 1947. He is known as the 'Mahatma' & 'Bapuji' which means 'The great soul' & 'The father of the nation'.
