Download skins (exe. file) to your temp then you have to open them to activate them
They may go automatically (if not put them in sprints /data/skins folder) !

*******************UNIFORM GAME SETTINGS**********************

**** THE FOLLOWING SETTINGS MUST BE CONSIDERED AS RULES****
When starting up your game, at the "MAIN MENU" screen.
1. Select/ "OPTIONS"/ "VIDEO". Set "RESOLUTION" at "512x384"
...Skidmark Detail on low,...all other settings OFF. BACK TO MAIN MENU
2. Select/ "GAME". Be sure "VEHICLE HANDLING" is on 100% realism. *****************************************************************
These settings will make all of our computers send and receive at the same speed, thus the playing field is leveled.
Then there should be no dis-appearing / re-appearing cars / LAG . If your resolution is set higher your P.C. will be trying to process more information than it needs to. Clearing your temporary internet files, and closing all un-necessary programs, combined with the uniform game settings with other opponents, should make for closer racing.

2002-03 Race Procedures (RULES)

NOTE from the Race Director : The following Procedures are to be used as guide lines. The goal of this club, is to provide a place for racers of all ages, and skill levels, to have FUN. This means NOT RUNNING PEOPLE OVER. To me this is NOT fun. Letting off for the OTHER GUY, should become the rule not the exception to the rule of GAS FIRST, THINK LATER. In order to have fun you have to finish the races. LET’S GIVE EACH OTHER THE CHANCE TO FINISH EVERY RACE.

1 – Drivers may NOT HIT THE THROTTLE until they are across the white starting line under the green flag. (The whole car)
2 – Drivers starting the race on the inside must stay on the inside, drivers starting on the outside must stay on the outside for at least the first lap. (On short tracks) or less on ¾ Mile tracks or bigger, as there is more room on the big tracks.
3 – Most of the tracks we will be running will have an efficient outside line coming off the turns. This now means cars running the bottom are no longer guaranteed a clear line all the way to the wall as they exit the turns. Cars’ running the bottom groove will now have the obligation to make sure no one is moving to the outside to make a pass on the outside.
3a – Running both lines such as going across the bottom on corner entry and sliding out to the cushion in the middle of the turn, like one would do, when pulling a slide job, IS ONLY ACCEPTABLE if there is not a car running the outside, or if the slide job is clean (meaning, you slide up in front of the guy on the outside NOT INTO HIM).
3b – Starting into the turn high, and cutting down across the track to the bottom is ACCEPTABLE ONLY if there is not a car already running the bottom. Once two cars begin to go for the same line, the car crossing from one lane to the other WILL BE THE ONE TO YEILD to the car running only ONE LANE!

In other words if I am going in high and coming out low, and you are running the low groove consistently, we exit a turn and MAKE CONTACT on the bottom, I WOULD BE AT FAULT, BECAUSE I AM NOT THE ONE STAYING IN ONE LANE.

4 – If you are involved in an incident, or find yourself in the infield, please do your best, to not ruin the race for others.
4a – AGAINST THE WALL…If you find yourself against the wall, let off and steer slowly away from the wall. Violent steering and throttle will cause you to either stay in the wall or, come straight down across the track.
4b – IN THE INFIELD…If you leave the racing surface and enter the infield, YOU MUST STOP IMMEDIATLEY !!! Then re-enter the racing surface ONLY WHEN IT IS SAFE TO DO SO !!! Cars in and out of the infield, cutting across the infield, shooting straight up out of the infield CAUSE WARP AND LAG not to mention ruining the race, most times, for the leaders.
5 – Lap cars / Slower cars / Cars using two lines : WILL YEILD THE RACING LINE (where ever it happens to be) AT ALL TIMES. If fast cars are not able to run slow cars over, slow cars CANNOT BLOCK the faster cars. Late in the Main Events tires will have different amounts of wear, keep in mind that, the person saving rubber at the beginning, will have lots of tire to finish the race.
6 – Mistakes will be made, and dumb moves executed by all! It is important to be COURTIOUS and mindful of other cars on the track. As Race Director, I will exercise the right to ESC. from any race and watch. Believe me…the Black Flag WILL FLY. Repeat offenders WILL BE DELETED from the Points.
7 – If you are Booted from a scheduled race by the Host you will be notified on screen first. You may not return that night, but may return on the next scheduled race. Repeat offenders WILL BE DELETED from the Points.
7a - If Booted due to Internet Connection Loss or a Bad Wreck, you may return immediately. If you loose your connection during the Heats the points will not show as correct. This may change the Feature Line-up a little, but the points will be manually counted from my results file after each race.
7b – DNF - A-Main positions will be determined by laps completed.
7c – DNS – At the beginning of each A-Main Event, if your computer fails to start you will be awarded points as follows, 3 positions less than your average race finish: eg. If your average finish is 4^th place, you will receive 7^th place points for that event.
