This Lemon Cleanse Diet can be used for 3 days up to 10 days safely.

RECIPE:
3 qts. Spring Water
1 cup fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
1 cup Pure Maple Syrup Grade B
1/10th Tbsp. of Capsicum-Cayenne or 2 Capsules if preferred
Drink 8-12 glasses daily
IMPORTANT:
Take several glasses of orange juice the
last day of the cleanse to stimulate digestion
PRODUCTS:
LBS II 2 tabs once a day (cleans the waste out)
Fasting Plus 2-5x a day (helps maintain otimum energy while fasting)
Chlorophyll 2 Tbsp. 3x a day (Detoxify the blood and liver)
