The Herb and Vitamin Center's e-commerce payment is NOT available.We ARE NOT accepting Mastercard, Visa and Discover Cards at this time. Please send a check or money order to exactly "VRC West or Gina Williams" at the address below.

Handling Charges:
There is a nominal handling charge added to all orders of $7.50.


Same Day Shipping:
Orders will be shipped the same day if order is placed prior to 11 A.M. (Pacific Standard Time). There is no additional fee for this service.

Refund Policy:
Refunds made only on unopened containers with our original e-mailed reciept from The Herb and Vitamin Center online for all products. Refunds are given up to 10 days after purchase date. Refunds will be given when unopened Health Pack Combos products are returned. There are no partial refunds with the Health Pack Combos and no exchanging for other products within the Health Pack Combos. Exchanges and return of other products may be made with unopened container and original e-mailed receipts. Customer pays for the return postage.
