The first couple stories were written by me in 1997. This was before the first Transmetals and Fuzors existed, and it is an attempt to insert some toy charaters into the Beast Wars storyline.
These two early stories are just a glimpse of what I wanted to do, though. The original Transformers series had tons of characters, and due to the limitations of CGI, Beast Wars was unable to do this. And so, one day while reading some tech specs, I got a great idea. I thought to myself 'Why not write your own Beast War'.
And so I started writing the Beast Wars Anthology. The first story starts off on Cybertron, but eventually comes to Earth, much like the TV show. But unlike the TV show, I plan to have much more intelligent, dynamic characters (i.e. Waspinator doesn't speak like he's in first grade). I plan on including every BW toy Hasbro has invented, including the Botcon exclusives, but I will also use some of the TV show's ideas (I.E. The Axalon is still called the Axalon)
It's a very ambitious task, but I hope it turns out alright in the end. Enjoy!
