On The Outside
The most important thing here is cute!
Yes I do wear vampire dresses, long skirts, pixie boots, mesh and fishnet...I am still a goth after all. But i don't simply wear all black.
To get the cute look the easiest bit of clothing to add is something like...
A little band tshirt.
A cartoon tshirt (I like hello kitty and the magic roundabout).
Colored or springed New Rock Boots
The Glitter Goth Look
(Think of a gothy faery for this one)
Long floaty skirts in black mesh, fishnet, satin, velvet.
Little tops in any material except lycra (you have been warned, it's not big and it's not clever) or color...Fluffy tops are nice, esp. in black, purple or red.
Your favourite jewellry.
Pixie boots, or kitten/louis heeled boots, shoes or mules.
Little faery wings (try costume shops, the disney store, ad hoc for different types and colors).
Profuse amounts of glitter (on your hair, eyes, face, neck, collar bones, arms, hands...)
A tiara, cute bag (a vanity case is a nice touch) and little wand to complete...: )
The Cyber Goth Look

Big, wrap style, glow in the dark type sunglasses.
Flourescent lippy and eyeshadow (you can get fluro glitter, so go forth and apply!)
Clothes should be tight and prefferably black and/or silver

The Ren Faerie Look
(Like Lady Bathory almost, but remember to play nice!)
Corset tops...My favourite is a satin or velvet top worn for look, not constriction, but I guess if you really want that gothy/fetish look wear leather if you must.
Big skirts...If you are a sewingoth then make your own with layers of satin and net (or whatever you want/can lay your paws on),cut to shape and sew.
During winter you should keep an eye out for sales as this sort of skirt is often brought in for formals and then will go straight onto sale.
Shoes...Mostly whatever you fancy as long skirts tend to trail the ground hiding yor shoes anyways. However, best to stick to pretty, pointy pixie boots so when you lift your skirts to walk, people are not disgusted by your oldest, comfy gutties! :P

Purple fishnet tights.

Glittery faery wings, wand and little silver tiara.
