This is really an easy thing to do.

1. First of all you have to remove the black box on top of the TB. To do this you have 2 nuts that are on the head that have to come off.

2. Next there are 2 belt clamps that have to be loosen, 1 is on the rubber s tube and the other is between the TB and black box. The one on the rubber s tube is very easy to get to, so no need to go into that. The one between the TB and black box is easy to, all you have to do is look for a small hole in the front of the black box and in there you can see the belt clamp.

3. Now remove the black box, but there is a hose connect in the back of the black box that will just come off, but when putting it back on make sure you reconnect the hose.

4. Now onto removing the TB. First there are a bunch of hose's that can be just pulled of, make sure you remember which one goes where or make them.

5. Next there is 4 bolts on the top of the TB remove them.

6. Now lift up on the TB and it will come off.

7. Now for the throttle cable and idle cable just turn the TB so you can remove the cables out there holes, leave the springs to them alone, if getting a new TB they should come with it. At the bottom of the TB is a rubber seal ring, make sure you put that back on when putting your new TB on.

Just follow these steps backwards to but your new TB on. One last thing, don't over tighten the TB, cause you will strip it very easy.
