Not by any official record however you can estimate how long it has been since someone registered a number. ICQ issued 6 digit numbers when it was first released. The higher the number the more recent the registration.

1.) Open ICQ

2.) Click on the "My ICQ" button on your main menu.

3.) Click on "View/Change My Details" from the pop-up menu.

4.) Make your changes and then click "Save"

vCard is short for Virtual Card. This is an excellent way to create a virtual information index of all the Users on your Contacts List without having to actually open the ICQ program. Here's how:

1.) Create a new folder in a Directory of your choosing.

2.) Click on a User from your Contacts List and choose "User Details" from the pop-up menu.

3.) Click on the "More Options" button.

4.) Click on "Save as vCard" from the pop-up menu.

5.) Browse to your newly created folder.

6.) Click "Save".
