You first meet Arthur in Manarina, doing laundry. After you get the Orb of Light, go back and talk to him again and he will join. Arthur starts out will really crappy stats, but if trained well he becomes very strong!

Promoted at level 20: 9/10

Strengths: Arthur gets some pretty amazing stats making him an incredible knight. After level 15, some total stat gains can reach over 30 per level! Making him incredibly strong. Plus, he learns magic.

Weaknesses: It takes an eternity for Arthur to gain good stats. Also the stat gains are only good if Arthur is promoted at level 20, otherwise he won't be as strong. The magic Arthur learns is weak and it is late when he learns it.

Overall: Arthur can gain some great stats. However it takes along time for this to happen. If you decide to train him, he will be very strong.
