Mishaela is Darksol's personal bitch. After telling your fortune in Alterone and fighting her puppets in Rindo, you finally fight her in Skull Castle. She also is the own who owns the Sword of Light.

Mishaela is very powerful. While she is physically weaker, Bolt 2 and her infinite MP and healing power maqke her very difficult. The best strategy I have is to have a flying character retreive the Sword of Light while taking care of the Durahans. Then have characters cast Boost and Quick on Max and have him attack Mishaela. If Max is strong enough, he should take a large chunk out of her HP. She'll be dead in no time.
