Zylo is from Bustoke. He was made insane when Runefaust put something in his drink. He is locked up to prevent him from hurting anyone. You need to give the Moon Stone to the Alchemist so he can make Lunar Dew to cure him. Use Lunar Dew to cure him and he will thank you by joining.
