Garry Tearle has been a member of Hospital Radio since June 1995, and has rarely missed a Monday evening at the studio. "I wanted to get into radio and decided to contact the station to see just how I went about joining. Hospital Radio accepted my membership application and I was shown how a programme is put together and gradually learnt how to use the equipment." In August 1996 I was given my own half-hour show on a Monday evening, which I have presented ever since. In his 'Number One Show' as its name implies, all the songs played have been a number one hit in the past. The content is extremely varied with something to suit everyone's taste. |
