Terry Wallace has a vicar to thank for getting him involved with hospital radio. " It all started when June (my then wife to be) and I, were having rehearsals for our wedding. The Reverend Arthur Thompson asked if we would like to join him on his Sunday evening half-hour." "I had always been interested in radio and music and agreed to go along. We were interviewed on his program and I thought I would like to get involved with the station. I completed my training and began to present a request programme every Friday between 9 and 10pm." |

"On my very first evening of broadcasting, I had everyone laughing because when introducing Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, I actually said by The Queen, I hope she forgave me!" " I have now been involved with Hospital Radio for over 25 years, and continue to enjoy it as much as ever." |
