Something New
On this page you will find out what new projects I'm working on. There are only two new projects right now. The first is a collaboration that I'm working on with my brother. It doesn't have a title yet and only 2 characters have been designed so far, but here they are, Artemis(the main character) and Lannie(the main character's best friend) The girls were created and drawn by my brother, Richard LaPorte and the post work and backgrounds were created by me. I'm not sure how often I'll be able to update the artwork because we both work and are really busy, so updates will be whenever we get the chance to do some drawing...lol And it's only a trial run. I don't know when we'll start work on the actual Manga.
The second project I'm working on is something I'm doing myself. They are going to be a series of Manga style picture books for young children and will feature two ferrets as the main characters. I used my own ferrets as models for the characters and also the names, Aoi and Utsume. Basically the books will feature the two ferrets in situations that will eventually end with them learning a life lesson mostly set on polite manners and etiquette and general safety rules for children.
