Oshii-Neko
Hunter/Raven Enterprises is proud to present the an original Online Manga, Oshii-Neko! I posted the first issue of Oshii-Neko in August of 2004 on a different server and had to take it down to make room for issue 2. Now I've found a bigger home for Oshii and am happy to post not only the first full issue, Cat Tales, but the first 8 pages of the second issue, Twin Ties. Twin Ties was originally set to be posted in September of 2004, however, due to some family issues, I was unable to get it out and completed. In the last few months I've decided to completely overhaul the look of Oshii-Neko's vast layout to make it more PC friendly. Instead of 20 pages per issue, I've decided to scale it down to about 16 per issue. Check back for the last 8 pages of Twin Ties which(I hope) will be up in March. Katsuki Hunter is your average woman. After breaking-up with her fiance, Peter Winston, a hot New York lawyer, she moves to her mother's homeland of Tokyo, Japan and gets a job teaching Computer Science at a local high school. Tired of her lonely existance, she decides to adopt a stray cat who is headed for the "cat after life". Soon, this Oshii-Neko(Precious Cat) turns out to be more than she bargained for. Oshii-Neko is a man on a mission. Sent to Earth by his sovereign king, he's ordered to find the king's missing daughter and destroy the power hungry Ashikko. Before leaving on his mission, Oshii-Neko is betrayed by his lover and is cursed by Ashikko to take the form of a cat for the first week of every month. While in his cat form, he's picked up by the local animal control officer and is soon adopted by Katsuki who gives him the name Oshii-Neko. Together with the human woman, Katsuki and fellow alien, Yuri, they must find the princess and destroy Ashikko and his band of assassins before they can dominate not only Oshii-Neko's planet, but Earth as well.
