RULES FOR JOINING THIS RING:

1. You must offer free Paint Shop Pro Picture Tubes on your site.

2. No pornographic sites will be considered.

3. You must have the Ring Graphic visible and working CORRECTLY on any page of your tube site. If it not on the main page there must be a link to the SiteRing or to a SiteRing page from there.

4. If you move your site, you must update your ring info ... ANY ring members who have inaccurate ring html, and after being notified, have not corrected it within a reasonable amount of time (a week) will be immediately removed from the ring.

5. I will not accept sites that require passwords or logins. Sorry this just isn't ring friendly.

6. Once you are in the Queue and have added the correct html to your page, the Ring Mistress will then add your site to the ring and notify you by email.
