I received a reply from the owner of Devious, Kelly. She was very polite and worked hard to answer to my complaint and fix the problem.

There are a few others who review sites, and I'm sorry, but I'm not at liberty to release email addresses (especially since I don't know who looked at your site or what your site address is, so I can't ask who did evaluate your site - and none of them own webpages so I can't direct you to any websites). Because of your complaint, I've realized there are a lot of sites that I'm probably missing, so I'll be handling evaluations from now on.
I know an "I'm sorry" doesn't change what has happened, however there's not much I can do from my standpoint since I don't know what your URL is.
I really am interested in viewing your site, if not to be listed at Devious, at least to see it for myself. If you really don't wish to send it to me though, I'll understand.

I told her that I had already had my site reveiwed, several times and that I wanted to know why it had been ignored... she responed with:
---------------
Sorry, actually, I don't remember what site you are talking about. I receive lots of submissions in a week, and I'm not the only person to check sites. Possibly somebody else did. Please send me the site seperately to this email address and I will be sure to check it personally.
I'm sorry that you've felt you've been snubbed, I will try to ratify the situation.
I personally do not reject sites immediately based on where they are listed, and I'm sorry if you felt yours has been.
Once again, send the URL of your site here and I will review it personally.
Sorry once again.

(and then I sent in my url, again... this time to Kelly directly.)
---------------
I really am sorry about all of this. I've looked at the site and I honestly don't know why you weren't added. I suppose I should have a lot more input (and I will now).
If you're still interested I will be glad to list you right now under the 'cliques' section. I'm sorry about this again, I've been feeling a lot lately like I really shouldn't be totally trusting what the other people have been saying, I'm glad you brought this to my attention!

My Reply:
And what about other sites like mine, they all will have to email you separtely to get listed?
---------------
No, they won't, I don't have those addresses anymore, however, like I've said, I'm going to do all the viewing of the sites from now on. Hopefully that'll ratify the situation.

ANND she actually did list me, and I for one believed that she was going to try and handle more of the submissions.
BUT my link mysteriously was deleted from her clique section after about a month. Whether she decided to do this or someone else checking her site did, I'll never know. But I do know that I had to work 5 times harder to get my link up there than a hosted site and none of the regular domains and hosted sites have to worry over magically disappearing links and having to personally email the owner of the site to get their link up there.
These emails did not go up on my site until now because Kelly was so kind to me... but - now that she - or someone else - has decided to take down my url, I thought I might as well share- because I'm nice like that.
I grew tired of fighting when I went to find my link and it was not there. It's simply cruel that I had to go through all this shit to get my link up there and someone takes it down without explaining to me why. There was no way I was going to complain to Kelly a second time. So thanks Devious, for nothing.
