Welcome to the Somerset Hills Homeowners Association Website
The goal of this site is to create a convenient place for homeowners to access important community information while providing for a quick and easy way to contact trustees.
Residents have volunteered their time, under the trustees authority, to create this site and the hosting has been FREE and reliable since 2002 (20MB limit); albeit an ad/video that you may choose to close. Click the back arrow or the homepage bookmark if you see anything untrustworthy. The subdivision has no affiliation or control over those advertisements nor have they been validated as credible or trustworthy. Please save the page to your favorites/bookmarks.
Your participation and feedback is welcome. The community will always benefit from residents who volunteer their time, resources, or expertise. Contact Us for more information.

Some common violations are listed within each link, such as General Building Disrepair, which includes: bare wood or other exterior surfaces requiring paint, broken or missing windows and/or screens, broken, missing, and/or deteriorated fencing, deteriorated and/or broken driveways and/or sidewalks, deteriorated or broken guttering and/or downspouts, deteriorating and/or failing retaining walls, deteriorating roofing or flashing, leaking and/or deteriorated plumbing, electrical, and/or mechanical equipment and/or materials, missing address numbers, and peeling, chipping, or fading paint. Weeds and tall grass are also noted.
