Article II Paragraph 3 of the Indenture requires that the Trustees call an annual meeting of lot owners of SOMERSET HILLS for the purpose of electing a successor TRUSTEE, who must be a lot owner in SOMERSET HILLS.

I would like to submit my name as a candidate to become a TRUSTEE of SOMERSET HILLS. I submit the following information about myself to be published for the purpose of the upcoming election in May. (Please include a short biography of 50 words or less on a separate sheet.)

Please return by April 30. The announcement of the meeting time and date will be distributed to all homeowners at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such meeting.
