Billy has an IQ of a genius. He might even be smarter than Einstein since he never designed or built zords, teleportation devices, or even other gadgets the rangers used. When Billy first appeared on the show he was well... a geek. He spoke in a way no one but the awesome yellow ranger Trini could understand and was always working on one invention or another. As we see more and more of him, we realize that there's more to Billy than just brains. Personally, I think he looks way cuter without glasses and he ranks even above Tommy with me! ^_^
Billy is played by David Harold Yost. David was born on January 7, 1971 in Council Bluffs, Iowa. ((I live in Iowa! I live in Iowa! Gee, maybe Iowa's not so boring after all...)) His favorite color is green and he's studied Speech Communication and Theater. Also has competed in gymnastics. After college, David relocated in Los Angeles. ((Guess I'm not the only one who thought Iowa is incredibly boring.)) He enjoys swimming, reading plays, and spending time on the beach. ((No way is he gonna be on the beach in Iowa... unless you count the man-created ones beaches.))
According to David, the best thing about being a ranger is that the fans look up to him as a role model. The worst thing is that he's a control freak and he wants everything to be perfect. ((Hmmm... sounds like a guy I know.)) He has trouble watching the show because he picks apart his performance.
