Thousands of years ago, a battle was fought between the forces of good and evil. For years the battle raged, but the war ended in a tie, so Rita and Zordon decided to flip five magic coins, to see who would control the universe. Zordon won the toss, but Rita was angry but had one more trick up her sleeve. She managed to imprison Zordon in a time warp before he hurled her off into deep space stuffed in a dumpster with her henchmen Goldar, Finster, Squatt, and Baboo. Ten thousand years later, Rita landed on the moon, not far from Zordon's home on Earth. When two astronauts found the dumpster and opened it, Rita and her evil servants were released. Sensing Rita's return, Zordon instructed Alpha to find five special teenagers with attitudes. Zordon's plan was to take the five magic coins which he had used to win the war, and give the five teenagers Alpha would the ability to morph in to a team of superheroes known as the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! Alpha found the lucky five: Jason- Red Ranger, Zack- Black Ranger, Billy- Blue Ranger, Kimberly- Pink Ranger, and Trini-Yellow Ranger. Together these five would face the advancing team of evil with courage, strength, and will. They fought Rita's team of putties, and her endless supply of monsters. And as the monsters grew to city wrecking size, Zordon provided them with zords that held the spirits of the ancient dinosaurs, the Dinozords. Later they meet Tommy, a ranger who received his powers through Rita's evil spells. After being turned good by Jason and his friends, he joined Zordon's side to fight against Rita as the green ranger. Tommy would still be plagued by the evil he'd done while serving Rita and never be freed of it. She used that to her advantage and attempted to drain his powers for a short time. Later with Zordon's help, he received his powers once more. As the story proceeded, Lord Zedd, arrived in this part of the universe and overtook Rita's rule. He stuffed her back into a dumpster and off into space she goes again. During his rule, he managed to take control of the rangers' zords and leave them powerless. However, Zordon gave them new zords that transformed the old Dinozords into the Thunderzords. Lord Zedd also managed to finish what Rita started, the complete draining of the green rangers' powers. After leaving for a bit, Tommy returns with new powers of the light Zordon has created. He becomes the white ranger and takes the leadership of the team from Jason. During the Peace Conferences, three of the rangers leave and are replaced. Rocky takes the place of Jason, Aisha the place of Trini, and Adam the place of Zack. Jason, Trini, and Zack leave for the Peace Conferences in Switzerland but will be remembered. As this happens, Rita's dumpster lands on the moon once more after traveling for a short time in space. She makes her way to her old palace and with Finster's help, creates a love potion that makes Zedd fall for her. The two get married even after Finster removes the spell; Zedd still loves her with his whole heart. Later on, Rita's brother, Rito, arrives with his wedding present. The Tenga warriors. He destroys the rangers' zords and they leave for the Desert of Despair to look for Ninjor. The original maker of the power coins. After finding him, he gives them the Ninja powers, an alternation of the old ones but more powerful, and the Ninjazords. Now, Kimberly is given a chance to participate in the Pan Global competition for gymnastics in Florida. She makes the decision to leave after careful thought and passes her power onto Katherine, their new friend from Australia. After a while, Rita's father, Master Vile, comes. He turns back time making all the rangers kids and destroys the power coins. With this happening, Zordon sends a call to Aquitar for help. The Aquitian rangers arrive to take care of things for the time being while the rangers each go on their own quest for pieces of the Zeo crystal. Once the Zeo crystal is reformed, Vile's spell wears off and they become teenagers again. Master Vile himself leaves for home. However, after finding her piece, Aisha sends Tanya back to take her place choosing to stay in Africa and help find a cure for the sick animals. And once the crystal was reformed, Rito and Goldar manage to destroy the Command Center, the rangers' base of command and Zordon and Alpha's home for a long time.
Pretty soon, Jason's gold ranger powers proved unstable. Trey was called back to take the power once again since they were killing Jason. Triforia, Aquitar, and Earth were in an alignment that caused the gold powers to be bounced, reflecting from the planets and then back to earth, hitting the Golden Power Staff, transforming the three Treys back into one. And just in time. Mondo, the Machine King, had seen what was happened and grew to city wrecking size to attack. Calling on the power of Triforia, Trey grew the five rangers plus himself to zord size since there was no time. They managed to defeat Mondo, sending him to the repair shop. Jason leaves, and that is the last of him we'll see, for the time being. Rita and Zedd however create Louie Kaboom to go to the Machine Palace and destroy everything. However, Rito, as always, messes with him and Louie decides to do things for himself. He kicks Queen Machina and her son, Sprocket, out of the palace and takes it for himself. However, on the moon, Machina and Sprocket encounter something weird. It turns out that Gasket, her first and oldest son, is back and with his wife, Archerina. Sprocket doesn't like it since Gasket is here to reclaim the Machine Empire as his own. They kick Louie out and the rangers destroy him. More time passes and Mondo is repaired. Gasket not wanting to witness his father's wrath leaves with Archerina back to their own planet. As for Rita and Zedd, they've finally found the best way to get rid of the Machines. They give them a "good-bye" present, saying their leaving. And as they drive away, the "present" explodes, destroying the Machine Empire. The Machine Empire family is taken to the best repair shop, the one Mondo was probably at, and that's the last we see of them.
Now this is where the Turbo powers come in. The rangers create them to go up against Divatox on the Island of Muiranthias. They get there by riding a ghost ship called the Ghost Galleon. But I should probably explain that Rocky got hurt training for this match to win money for the Angel Grove Haven, a shelter for kids. There the ranger meets Justin, a 12 year old who's also great at karate. His mother died and his father was still in their old town closing up the dojo they owned. When Rocky got hurt, Justin saw the others teleport from the hospital because of an "emergency." He realizes they're power rangers and Rocky sends him to Zordon, to replace him cause he's got a busted back. Everything goes as planned for Divatox and the power rangers and they both arrive on Muiranthias, one after the other. Of course along the way Divatox tries twice to get rid of the rangers but she doesn't succeed. Diva and her gang manage to get past the Malachians, guardians of Maligore, and she begins the ceremony. Jason and Kimberly as the main course, the Liarians for desert. However, her plans are ruined as the rangers bust in and ruin her wedding. They save Kim and Jason and Divatox doesn't have a sacrifice now. So she tosses in Elgar and her pet eel as the sacrifice and we get some flames, noise, and rumbling. Course we see the lava. And then… Maligore arrives. Of course he's not as Divatox expects. He's lava, not handsome and good-looking like Divatox thought but of course, the money, the jewels, she'll still marry him. For the first time, the rangers fire up the Turbo Megazord and destroy Maligore. Some wedding for Divatox. And she spends a minute or so complaining to Rygog before running off since the volcano is about to explode. The movie ends with Angel Grove winning the championship and the money for their charity and happily ever after. Now the TV series starts with Divatox on another planet yelling to her troops about getting revenge on the rangers and then she 'selects' some of the best and off they go. While on Earth, Justin takes a test and finds out he gets to skip elementary school, skip the middle school, and start off his year as a freshman at Angel Grove High. Yay!!! Smart little kid. Anyways, in the second or third episode, Lerigot is back with his golden key and a way for Zordon to return to his home planet, Eltar. Zordon says yes and he leaves, and then Dimitria comes with Alpha 6 to take Zordon and Alpha 5's place. Everything is almost to normal now. Now as the episodes progress, Dimitria decides that the present rangers, excluding Justin, are too old and need to get on with their lives. Lo and behold! TJ, Cassie, Ashley, and Carlos' entrance into the rangerhood. They make the power transfer and good-bye to Tommy, Kat, Tanya, and Adam. Later on, the Blue Senturion arrives with the Millenium Message… Something about how in the future, all the baddies will team up together and kinda win. Later the Phantom Ranger shows up. He's a ranger that goes around helping others, kinda like Trey from Power Rangers Zeo. Anyways, Cassie falls in love with him and vice versa. Diva and her newly arrived brother kidnap Cassie and forces the Phantom Ranger to give up his power ruby. A source of powerful power. The rangers get it, save the Phantom Ranger, and then he has to leave. Poor Cassie. But don't worry, she'll meet him again later. We go on for more episodes and adventures until Dark Specter's arrival. He attacks Eltar causing Dimitria and the Blue Senturion to leave and help Zordon, once Diva sees that Dimitria and the Blue Senturion are gone, she attacks the Power Chamber and kaboom! Destroys it. Before she can find the rangers and destroy them, Dark Specter calls and tells Divatox to go to a meeting on some planet. She leaves and the rangers emerge. They decide to follow and Justin talks to NASADA. The rangers borrow a shuttle from NASADA and Justin says he can't go. His dad's got a new job and he wants to stay. The rangers understand and so he stays.
As space goes on, we discover Andros' friend, Zhane, the silver ranger, who was hurt when their home planet, KO-35, was attacked. He wakes up from his deathly sleep and helps the rangers just in time. Then Andros gets jealous cause he thinks Zhane is trying to steal Ashley from him. Of course in the next episode, Zhane falls hard for Astronema, as she falls for him. However things don't work out and she blasts him on their date, covering him with mud. She leaves, and he returns to the ship to sulk. The rangers arrive on this dusty planet trying to track an energy source, they discover some KO-35 rebels there and they help out destroying the monster that was trying to destroy them. Zhane stays to help them avoid Dark Specter, but that's not the last we see of our silver haired ranger. However, things take a dramatic twist when Andros discovers that his long-lost sister Karone, is Astronema. He tries to save her and she turns good. Until Dark Specter intervenes and she's evil again. Poor Andros. Later when the rangers need help against the Psycho Rangers, Dark Specters evil rangers, Zhane returns and stays long enough to help his friends destroy them. Then he leaves again. Dark Specter finally slowly conquers the universe in the end of space, but the rangers have one last advantage. Andros has to destroy Zordon… no!!!!! But it's the only way, and after some debate, he does it… But however, evil Astronema stops him and he ends up accidentally killing his little sister. Finally he over comes his fear and destroys Zordon, and this golden wave as we all call it leaves Zordon's tube as he dies. It destroys all evil, and turns Rita, Zedd, and Divatox good. All else is sand. However Karone is still dead. Andros carries her out, a tear falls on her cheek and a miracle happens. She's alive again! They all go to KO-35 and help the rebels set up their home again. The Earth rangers have to leave and so they get ready to… however Andros, Zhane, and Karone decide that their home is with the Earth rangers and so they leave for Earth together.
Later on, a lone ranger that reminds us much of Phantom Ranger arrives. He calls himself the Magna Defender and he's been searching for the Lights of Orion so he can destroy Scorpius. Scorpius killed his only son so I guess he'd have murder on his mind. However, the rangers' compassion changes him and he become good again. He destroys himself to save the space colony. The rangers are sad, but in doing so, Magna Defender released Mike. He had stolen Leo's brother's spirit so he could live again and take his revenge. Leo tries to return the red quasar sabre to Mike, but Mike refuses to takes it. Later, Magna Defender's spirit, along with his son Zika's appear. They tell Mike that his destiny is to become the next Magna Defender and the power is passed on. Unfortunately, after Scorpius' death, Deviot, a monster brings to Trakeena the psycho rangers data cards. He makes them material again and has them work for Trakeena in destroying the rangers. Now on the good side, Andros returns and saves Leo. Later as he, Leo, and Mike are trying to get the other rangers back, the rest of the space rangers show up. They had allegedly received a distress call from Alpha. Well the two teams team up and destroy the psychos. However, all but the pink psycho ranger are destroyed. Deviot saves psycho pink and tries to get her to work for him. She destroys the device he used to control them and ran off, badly wounded. She attacks Kendrix and by reading her mind, finds out where the Savage Sword, a very powerful sword, is. Kendrix runs off and into Cassie and tells her what happened. The two morph and heads towards the planet to stop her, only are too late. Psycho Pink has the sword, and she fights the rangers, draining their energy and healing herself, making herself more powerful. Cassie is hurt, and Psycho Pink is draining the power from her morpher. In order to save her, Kendrix sacrifices herself and destroys the Savage Sword. But she's gone also. Not to worry, after the space rangers leave, Maya gets a vision from Kendrix to find the pink quasar sabre and keep it safe. They go to this little dwarf's place to get it, but he's sold it to these bounty hunters, unbeknownst to them, the dwarf is really Deviot in disguise. After they leave, we see Karone in the bushes listening. Now we're on Onyx, Karone gets the pink quasar saber by pretending to be Astronema, only Trakeena and Villamax, a very loyal warrior of Trakeena's, arrive. She gets away with it and goes to help the rangers, arriving just in time. There's a fight, Karone falls off a cliff but Kendrix's spirit saves her and makes her the PINK POWER RANGER! Suddenly Deviot gets power crazy, he steals the Galaxy Book and opens a portal into another galaxy, the Lost Galaxy. Terra Venture gets sucked in and Trakeena is left behind. In the Lost Galaxy they encounter Captain Mutiny, a space pirate who wants more slaves to dig up his jewels. However, the rangers manage to stop him and release the slaves. The portal is opened again by Kai and Leo, and Terra Venture almost doesn't make it, but Mike sacrifices his morphing powers to keep open it again for them. They make it through. Captain Mutiny follows, but Trakeena destroys him as he arrives. Deviot returns to Trakeena only to be destroyed by Villamax for betraying her. He takes Trakeena with him into the cocoon, but Trakeena destroys/merges with him. When she emerges, she's even more powerful than before, and launches an attack on Terra Venture. Meanwhile, Terra Venture has some fuel problems, but they spot a planet that's just like Earth. They travel for it, and before they can reach it, Trakeena attacks. Terra Venture is sent crashing onto the planet's moon and the dome starts to crack. The rangers fight off the StingWingers long enough for the people to get onto shuttles and fly towards the planet. When Trakeena orders Villamax to shoot the shuttles out of the sky, he refuses. He has too much honor for that. Trakeena destroys him. And the rangers stop her, letting the shuttles land safely. However, Trakeena goes into the cocoon once more, and comes out a full bug like her dad. Leo fights him on the shipwrecked Terra Venture and she powers it once more, meaning to crash land it on the planet and destroy everyone. The other rangers arrive and Leo destroys her with a point-blank shot. They slow down Terra Venture's landing with the Galaxy Megazord and everyone is safe. Then they discover they've landed on Mirinoi, Maya's home planet. They return the sabres to the rock, and a miracle happens. Everyone who's been turned to stone, returns to life. And then… Kendrix is back! The powers restore her back to flesh. Yay! Happy ending…
As the episodes go on, we get the Lightspeed Megazord, Lightspeed Cycles, Supertrain Megazord, and the V-Lancers. During that course, the General arrives with five robot rangers. The cyborgs. (Brings back old memories of the psychos.) They are defected and turn evil, but the ex-rangers, since the General took away their morphers, arrived and saved the day. Captain Mitchell returns their morphers happily and the General apologizes. In the episode with the V-Lancers, we have the arrival of a new ranger. The Titanium Ranger. Only he's evil. He's really Captain Mitchell's long thought dead son, and Dana's older brother. Only the real story behind Ryan is that Diabolico somehow saved him before he plunged to his death in this car accident and Diabolico poisoned his mind as he was raised. He fights against his sister and later his father finds him and he tries to get Ryan to see the truth. The only way Ryan sees it is when he's hanging over the cliff and his father's holding onto him like when he was younger. Captain Mitchell lets go of the branch they're holding since it won't support both their weight and Ryan goes after him, morphing and saving his life. In the episode after that, Ryan's confused and he leaves to figure out who he is. But at the end of the episode, he realizes he's good and so returns to become the Titanium Ranger. Diabolico is angry and in a dream, placed a curse on Ryan. Each time he morphs, a cobra tattoo on his back will move up. Once it reaches his neck, the cobra will destroy him. But in the last episode of season 1 of PRLR, Ryan manages to destroy the cobra guardian that Diabolico based the curse on. Not to mention he gets back just in time to help the rangers destroy Diabolico. Thus is the end of season 1. When season 2 starts, Impus grows and becomes Olympius with Diabolico's star power. Later on, when the planets align, a ceremony is performed which the rangers disrupt. But unfortunately, Queen Bansheera takes human shape, partly. Above her waste she looks normal for a demon, but below, she has no feet except for a mass of tentacles and other... extra abnormal parts. Ryan leaves the team to find a way to destroy the monsters since they were overcame once. Olympius attempts to destroy Vypra and Loki but they escape and bring Diabolico back from the dead. With Queen Bansheera there, Diabolico and Olympius reach an agreement. Althought Diabolico takes every advantage he has in teasing little Olympius about his failures. As the season goes on, the rangers receive the Omega Megazord, the Thermo Blasters, the red ranger receives the Mobile Armor Vehicle, and the green and blue ranger receive the Mega Battle Armor. A new monster arrives able to erase the ranger's memory of being rangers and only Dana still remembers. Ms. Fairweather manages to bring their memories back. There's some trouble with Carter, but he regains his memories. Meanwhile, Ryan finds the Sorcerer of the Sands and has him help him translate the scriptures in capturing the demons. The Sorcerer tries, but Diabolico realizes what's happening and thwarts the attempt, frying the book with the scriptures and the sorcerer! With the monsters however, Diabolico attempts to destroy Olympius by leaving him in the Shadow World, and Bansheera doesn't care! Her own son! Hate to have her for a mother. But Jinxer saves him and in a battle with the rangers, he's sorely wounded. We shouldn't be seeing him for a while. Slowly, Jinxer nurses Olympius back to health so he can fight and destroy the rangers, or atleast attempt to. Now with the rangers, Carter gets the Mobile Armor Vehicle, and Dana gets to be a super model. Her fame is short lived when she has to choose besides modeling and money, and being a ranger. She chooses to be a ranger. Yay! They have their hands full when Queen Bansheera decides that her major generals are expendable. She first destroys Vypra, then Loki, and when she tries to destroy Diabolico, he escapes. When Diabolico and Olympius meets, there's a fight. Olympius wins and he gains control of Diabolico. The two fights the rangers and almost wins until Carter reminds the zombie Diabolico that Bansheera killed Loki. Diabolico gains back his own body and he fights Olympius. Taking the chance, the rangers destroy both of them. But Queen Bansheera uses her power to bring them back and make them grow. In the end the new Lifeforce Megazord destroys the two monsters. In "The Fate of Lightspeed," Battlings gain access to the Aquabase, causing an evacuation. Ryan is captured by the Queen and Carter leaves for Skull Cavern to save him. At the end of part one, the rangers, Ms. Fairweather, and Captain Mitchell are trapped in an underwater Aquabase that is going to flood anytime. Carter and Ryan have been thrown out of Skull Cavern, and Jinxer has control of the Omega Megazord and is using it to place stones in a circle for a ceremony that will bring back all the monsters from the Shadow World. Meanwhile the Lifeforce Megazord has been hijacked by Battlings and they're using it to destroy the Aquabase piece by piece. Our heroes trapped in the Aquabase manage to find a way to the sub bay and get on a sub there. To free themselves, they fire torpedoes and let water into the base. More torpedoes are fired and the Lifeforce Megazord is destroyed to save them. (Funny how monsters can't destroy Megazords but puny Earthling weapons can.) While in the city, Carter and Ryan make it out and try and stop Jinxer in the Omega Megazord. The only way to do so is destroy and they do by launching the Mobile Armor Vehicle at the Megazord's power pack (I think) and destroy it. (Again easily done.) They and the other rangers rush into the Skull Cavern, which is now in Mariner Bay, and fight Queen Bansheera. As always our heroes win and Bansheera and her demons are locked away for ever. The end of Lightspeed has come... or so we think. The last scene is of the rangers racing off to help put out a fire, and Captain Mitchell waving their morphers saying, "You forgot these!" They're work continues, but their life fighting demons has ended.
After a little skirmish between Alex and Ransik, Jen and the others arrive just in time to see Alex get blown up by Ransik. As they lament over their dead(we think dead) comrade, Ransik and his people get away. Jen grabs the other four TimeForce morphers and leaves in another time ship with her teammates to go after Ransik and bring him to justice. The first episode ends with their time ship going back in time. In the episodes that follow, Wes is recruited as the new red ranger, once he and Jen get past their differences. And yes, Wes is a descendant of Alex, hence the DNA matchup with the morpher. The TimeForce Megazord gets sent from 3000 to our time, and the TimeForce team get sort-of reinstated back as TimeForce police officers. A lot happens for the future Earthlings, as they start their own shop, and find a home in the clocktower. They also have cool new weapons and vehicles for their team in those yellow suitcase like cases. They got that flying ship thingy, and now they get their motorcycles. And Wes finds out that Lucas is a former championship racecar driver, the hard way. ^_^ Oh! Another big thing happened, Wes finally tells his father to leave him alone, and that he doesn't want to one day be in charge of BioSynth(BioLab). That he wants to pave his own way and so leaves, and now lives in the clocktower with the rangers. Finally we get to see a taste of real humanity in our future humans. Trip and Katie are settling in real nice, fitting in too. Except for the occasional talking to a robot owl in public. Lucas is warming up too! As for Jen, lots of character develop in Jen's Revenge. She goes after Ransik with a passion sparked by FatCatfish(or sumthing to that extent). Gets the crap beaten out of her once, twice, three times by Ransik! Some stuff happening between Wes and Jen too. Especially the end where Trip and Katie act out a Wes and Jen scene. When the Megazord is badly damaged, Frax sends a powerful robot to destroy the city, Mr. Collins brings the Raimei Destroyer online, and the rangers are about to be crushed under the boot of a giant robot, what do you get? The Time Shadow! Our first intro to it, Time Force didn't send it but we get glimpses of a mysterious man who looks a lot like Alex testing it out before sending it to aid the rangers. Of course after Frax finds the X-Vault, where the baddest mutants are frozen, probably where Ransik was headed, things prove tough for both the Time Force Megazord and Time Shadow. Time Force + Time Shadow = Shadow Force Megazord. Bigger, Better, more weaponry, and an even cooler takeout move. In the episode Uniquely Trip, we are introduced to Trip's lack of physical prowess and the Electro Booster which makes quick work of Frax's useless robots and short circuits the new power hungry mutant Electropede. And to make life even more difficult for the rangers, without their own people having problems, Wes' daddy comes up with the Silver Guardians. The Silver Guardians are an elite group of people specially picked by Mr. Collins to protect his client's property from mutants. In other words, a modern day Time Force group who protect only those who pay. Typical Collins venture. But you have to wonder if this is how Time Force got started. We are introduced to Eric, a friend/rival of Wes' from prep school, and a member of the Silver Guardians. In the end, during a major battle with a mutant, Wes' helmet gets smashed trying to protect the Silver Guardians and everyone finds out his identity. Instead of acting concerned, Mr. Collins requests that Wes join him to make the Silver Guardians even better. Too bad for him, his own son turned him down flat! In Quantum Quest, archaeologists from the Silver Hill's Historical Society uncover a strange artifact. It's a box Time Force sent back in time to test the time portal! Ransik recognizes it and wants it, so sends a mutant and the Silver Guardians show up. Of course the rangers have to appear and save their butts because they go in over their heads. Eric manages to get the Time Force box, and hides it in a storage building. Later on, once realizing the importance of it, he uses it to transform into the Quantum Ranger. Gee.. I bet you didn't see that coming. In an effort to gain control of the Quantasaurus Rex, Ransik unfreezes a mutant who can time travel. This mutant goes back in time, and Wes and Eric follow it. They arrive in the prehistoric times and lose track of Commandocon, the mutant. Wes and Eric work together to get away from an angry mamma T-Rex, and they end up getting split up. Each finds their own way to the volcano where the Q-Rex rests. However, before Wes can go in, Commandocon shows up and teaches him a lesson. Again, before Wes can go in after Commandocon, Eric shows up and teaches Wes a lesson also. In the midsts of all this teaching Wes a lesson thing, Commandocon gains control of the Q-Rex by placing a controller thingy on top of its head. After they return to the present day Silver Hills, the Q-Rex creates some carnage in the city, and Eric shows up in front of Mr. Collins wanting to be leader of the Silver Guardians. He's turned down flat by Mr. Collins, who says he wants a ranger who has a zord. After a bit, Eric gains control of the Q-Rex, and kicks the crap out of the mutant. He goes back to Collins, and is made leader of the Silver Guardians. Mr. Collins attempts to figure out the secret to morphing, in order to give all his Guardians the ability to become rangers. His plan backfires and we know nothing more of his efforts after this episode. But however, we find out that Lucas is a big softie at heart. Katie and the rangers find out from Wes the supposed legend of the Clock Tower. They think there's no such things as ghosts, but later that night, Katie is approached by the ghost of Walter, the original inhabitant of the tower. She is pulled through time to colonial Silver Hills where her mission is helping Walter to overcome his cowardness so he can get the girl of his dreams. She succeeds, and is returned. History is changed, and instead of findinga portrait of Walter alone, she finds a portrait of Walter and his wife Gwen. Through a blunder, Wes and Jen get to know each other better. Jen reveals that when she was a rookie, she couldn't handle the pressure exerted by TimeForce, so she was about to quit when she meets Alex. Alex helped her out, bettered her aiming, and taught her everything she knows about TimeForce. Without him, she wouldn't know where she'd be. In the end of this episode, Jen gets a familiar scene of Wes helping her aiming during shooting practice. After a job, Trip encounters a mutant who won't fight. He was only arrested for stealing vegetables. In order to protect him from Ransik's wrath, Trip stands up for the mutant. However, Eric believes that everyone different from humans are evil and so wants to destroy this mutant. Trip reveals to him that he is a Xybrian, and Eric finds that he is unable to shoot both the mutant and Trip. After Eric helps out Trip by refreezing the wimpy mutant, he reveals his true nature. He's actually lonely. In Quantum Secrets, the Quantum Ranger's Mega Battle is introduced. Also, Eric learns that Jen and the others are actually from the year 3000. He's asked not to reveal this to anyone, and surprisingly, he doesn't. Maybe Eric might change afterall... Lucas use to have a friend named Dash, a mutant ex-race car driver. Dash teams up with Nadira to get back at his old rival, but Lucas manages to get Dash to change his ways. Later on, the three male rangers are placed under a love spell by Contemptra. It takes an angry and jealous Jen to put a stop to all of this. Katie is hired by a photographer to lug around his equipment. His goal is to get pictures of the rangers unmorphed. When he gains these pictures, Katie unsuccessfully tries to get him to not publish them. After a near death experience during a mutant attack, he hands them over. For a little amusement, Cinecon is called into action by Ransik. Cinecon ambushes the rangers and sends them into different dimensions that mirror their favorite movies. Jen is in a kung-fu type movie, Wes and Trip are in an old western, Lucas is in a Japanese samurai flick, Katie is dancing on broadway, and Eric is in Tarzan. Too bad for Wes and Trip that Nadira and Cinecon decided to join them. Together, Trip and Wes successfully destroys Cinecon's clipboard freeing everyone. With Eric smashing his face into a wall as he was transported during a mid-vine swing. Steelix is realized by Frax, Jen's old TimeForce partner. He turns her evil, only to have her freed by a hug from Wes. Later when Frax releases Venomark, he bites all the rangers except for Wes. Ransik, finding out that an old hatred was realized, goes after Venomark for biting him, and coincidentally, saves Wes from a bite. During one of his very familiar, very weird attacks, Wes notices similar symptoms and manages to get a hold of a teeny bit of serum. He brings this to his daddy who mass creates it to save the entire city. At the end of this episode, Ransik discovers Frax's betrayal when he destroys all of the precious serum. Bio-Lab is attacks for serum by Ransik. Mr. Collins lands in the hospital and the entire building is pretty much leveled. Near the end when the rangers defeat a mutant, Alex arrives. He gives Wes the cold shoulder, announcing to the rangers that he is here to set everything back on track. In a time ship Alex has piloted here, he announces he will be taking over as red ranger. He also tells Wes that it is his destiny to take over Bio-Lab after his father dies the next day. Meanwhile, Frax has build Dragontron, a powerful giant robot to take-over the city. Alex leads an attack, that would not have been successful if not for the the arrival of Eric and the Q-Rex. Dragontron retreats to assess damage. During Dragontron's return, the rangers discover Frax's new toy, an energy siphon. It drains the megazords of power, sending them down to the ground to face Frax and the siphon. When the siphon blasts the rangers, making them demorph, Alex shows his brutality when he turns against the rangers, belittling them for not being a strong team. Lucas, Trip, and Katie finally stand up to Alex, making him realize that they were stronger with Wes. Jen agrees with them. At this time, Wes is at the Clocktower reminiscing about the old days before Alex's arrival. When he hears from Circuit that the rangers are in trouble, he decides that he's had enough, and goes to help his friends. He stops Frax in time from destroying them, and then takes out the energy siphon. A bit reluctant, Alex hands over his morpher back to Wes. He has realized the importance of making one's own destiny and leaves to go save Mr. Collins. At the end, Alex leaves, apologizing to the entire team about his behavior. Lucas forces Jen and Wes go undercover at a suspicious gym, where they discover Frax trying to turn people into robots. During this mission, Jen gets jealous when Wes spends some time with the desk clerk Theresa. They are close to admitting they like each other when the robot people discover them, forcing them to run. Once outside, Mechanau appears and attacks a morphed Jen, Wes, and Eric who has joined them. He beats them senseless as the other rangers appear. A hologram of Alex appears inside Wes's helmet, saying, "I can't be there myself. So I'm counting on you. I'm sending you a new weapon. The Strata Cycle. You MUST protect Jen." The Strata Cycle does the trick. Later on, the other three rangers get Wes and Jen to help a man get into shape. Hopefully these two will be able to admit their crush. A medieval knight threatens Silver Hills in search of someone pure of heart to open a mysterious box. Wes, who follows the black knight to his lair, destroys his pet dragon and steals the box from the knight. Because he is pure of heart, Wes manages to open the box and receives the Battle Warrior powers, which he uses to destroy the knight. Vypra returns from the dead and teamsup with Ransik to steal the Solar Amulet. The amulet has the powers to releases a super-demon, Quargenon. The Time Force Rangers team up with the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers to destroy them. Finally, in an explosion lacking majorly of special effects, Vypra and Quargenon are destroyed by Joel, Chad,Carter and Eric in their Mega Battle Armor, and Wes in his Battle Warrior outfit. A misunderstanding leads Nadira to fall for Lucas. The circumstances, well Lucas wrote a poem about his first car. He drops it, and Nadira finds it and reads. To make matters worse, Ransik threatens Lucas to treat his daughter well. With the help of Jen and Katie, who transforms the suave Lucas into an oily-headed bum, he gets rid of Nadira, incurring Ransik's wrath. Ransik realizes that he has no more mutants and a limited number of cyclobots. He goes on a full-out search for Frax, the traitor. Meanwhile, Nadira, who holds people in a store hostage while she tries on clothes is confronted by Trip. During their fight, a pregnant lady goes into labor, and Trip forces Nadira to help her. After seeing and holding a beatiful baby, Nadira begins to reconsider the facts of life she grew up with. Meanwhile, ignoring orders from Alex, the four Time Force officers decide to stay in the year 2001 and help Wes defend the city once Ransik begins his all out attack, even though according to history banks, they die. When the attack does start, led by a reprogrammed Frax controlling Doomtron, the time holes begin to appear. Circuit brings them news, telling them that the Trizirium crystals that power Doomtron and the Q-Rex are causing this. Unable to get Eric to stop the Q-Rex, Wes supposedly comes up with a plan using the time ship Alex sent. Setting the ship on autopilot, he sends the other rangers back to their home. He then leaves to go help Eric fight. The four Time Force officers wake up back in their own time, and hear from Alex that Wes was a factor in saving Silver Hills, however, he did not survive. Going by Time Force standards, the rangers would enter a chamber and have their memory altered, supposedly to help them reintegrate back into the year 3000. Before memory simulation could be started, Jen interrupts, declaring that she's going back. She also returns Alex's engagement ring, showing her true feelings for Wes. Back in the year 2001, Eric and Wes work together to try and stop Ransik. However, in saving Mr. Collins and Wes, a demorphed Eric takes a blast from a cyclobot and is severly injured. He hands over his Quantum morpher for Wes to carry on. Just as Wes is about to get his butt kicked by a mass of cyclobots, Katie, Lucas, Trip, and Jen show up just in time to save him. They defeat the cyclobots, and Wes comes up with a plan to stop the time holes. First, using the Time Force Megazord, Jen, Lucas, Trip, and Katie try and stall Doomtron while Wes fires concentrated energy blasts at the Q-Rex to neutralize the Trizirium crystal. Succeeding, he uses the Q-Rex's lasers to destroy the crystal in Doomtron, and ultimately Doomtron itself. Ransik, boiling over with anger at what happened, goes after the five rangers, while Nadira, seeing a helpless baby crying, takes it and promises the baby she'd help find the mother. One by one, the rangers are taken down by Ransik, until finally, Wes manages to injure Ransik somewhat. Jen takes charge and tells Ransik to come after her, and she runs into a warehouse. Ransik randomly fires, unknowingly hits Nadira still holding the baby. Once he discovers this, Nadira talks to him about ending the cycle of hatred and how mutants can love too. She gets her father to reconsider his actions, knowing that he almost got Nadira killed, he turns himself in willingly to be taken back to the future for trial. And so ends the saga of Power Rangers Time Force. Starting out with a bang, and ending with a bang.
